What To Expect
Long distance travel can leave you physically and mentally drained. Getting a spa treatment after your travel can reset your internal body clock so that you can relax and sleep better. This treatment consists of a 90 minute massage to relieve jet lag and tiredness. It will sooth and relax strained muscles, remove knots and tightness restoring your flexibility. It consists of body stretches and compression, and a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. You will also have a 30 minute session in a private sauna or steam bath to sweat out toxins. We shall serve you hot beverages, water and an assortment of snacks.
