• Stunning Scenery Overshadowed by Crowds and Poor Snorkel Setup

  Our experience on this excursion was a blend of beautiful scenery, and some major disappointments. To start with the positives - the crew were pleasant and professional. They did their jobs well and kept things moving. The boat facilities were solid and the drinks were plentiful. The scenery on this excursion was absolutely the standout. The island views were stunning from start to finish, and cruising the coastline was easily the best part of the entire day. My husband and I are not “booze cruise” people, and we really appreciated that this wasn’t one. The music had a relaxed Caribbean vibe, not blasting club tracks, and the crew didn’t pressure anyone to dance or join a party atmosphere. We were free to simply enjoy the scenery, which we genuinely valued. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The biggest problem was the overcrowding. The boat was packed to the point where the passengers were crammed elbow to elbow on benches and many were stuck in full sun with no shade (including us). For a tour of this length, the crowding made the experience uncomfortable and at times stressful. The snorkeling portion was extremely disappointing. As experienced snorkelers, being forced into a huge group of around 50 people all swimming together was chaotic and frustrating. We were constantly getting kicked, bumped, and pushed around, and the churned‑up water made visibility poor. We wanted to snorkel independently but were made to feel like that wasn’t allowed—only to later see other guests snorkeling freely with their own gear. The mixed communication and poor organization was incredibly frustrating. The reef itself was underwhelming, with sparse marine life and a rushed pace that made the whole thing feel more like a swim drill than a relaxing exploration. Lunch was just okay but I didn't really have high expectations given the amount of people that the crew hadd to serve. In the end, while the scenery was incredible and the vibe was pleasantly relaxed, the overcrowding and poorly managed snorkel made this excursion fall far below expectations. We would not do this trip again.

  WE booked this while we stayed at Sandals Antigua; this tour is not to be missed. If you are prone to sea sickness, this might not be for you. There are rough seas across the Atlantic, which you are warned and you will get wet. When the boat stops for 2 hrs at Green Island to snorkel/swim/beach/ onboard lunch--it is all amazing and food was great (fish,chicken,rice, pasta salad, tossed salad). The crew was friendly. We had a good visit with Wayne, the photographer, who sold us our photos of the tour. The caribbean sailing was smooth on the return and enjoyed the views. Great way to see the island by water!

  We booked this 360 Catamaran cruise and what a fantastic trip! The 20 minutes across the Atlantic was like a roller coaster - great fun! We stopped at Green Island for snorkling or just a sit on the beach with beer or Rum Punch and an amazing lunch! Tunes were blasting out, we had a great time! The waters were crystal clear fish would swim past your feet. The crew were amazing, it was a fantastic trip and one I highly recommend. 10/10

  

  

  

  

• Dangerous seating arrangement, overcrowded boat, no seats for rough water!

  This boat had about 120 people. When you take this boat there is a section of really rough water for about 20 minutes. The crew warns you that the front of the boat will get wet and tossed around. There was nowhere else to go as the boat was so crowded that all seats were taken inside and at the rear of the boat. About 10 people had to stand up at the bar and just hold on! People were screaming and yelling as several people fell. Many people got completely soaked. I had to sit on the stairs to the top floor( no other seats) the crew was running around helping people who were wet and falling. The pint of this cruise is to tour the entire island, if so they need to make sure that all occupants are safe. I did not feel safe, nor did my husband who has a bad knee, and had to stand up gripping the bar for safety for 20 minutes. After this harrowing 20 minutes, we could go back to our railing at the front of the boat, but even this area was a 10 plastic lip that we sat on and held on to the railing. This boat design is not conducive for this type of trip. If you are not first on this boat then you will not get a seat. We were the last group picked up from Sandals resort.

  We enjoyed the second half of the sightseeing tour around the island. We we were not informed nor cautioned that the beginning of our journey would be out on the rough Atlantic. Take your Dramamine. The waves were rough. People were screaming and some ( myself included) were experiencing slight motion sickness). The snorkel part was extremely frustrating and disappointing. There were so many people on our trip (120+) that we were hitting other snorkelers, being kicked by other flippers and the water was churned from so much kicking and splashing. We were shocked that our snorkel guides only gave safety instruction when we were all assembled in the shallow water; not on the boat. Some folks had never snorkeled. Some didn’t even know how to swim! We didn’t finish the snorkel tour. We returned back to the boat. It wasn’t worth the energy we exerted Lunch was ok. But meager. We skipped the strong rum punch as we were concerned about rough waters. The second half of the journey was more calm as we sailed back on the Caribbean side. The views were lovely. We wouldn’t do this trip again.

  seeing the island from the water was great. The boat was smooth except for the Atlantic side which he told us about. Saw Eric Clapton's house. Didn't snorkel but watched the others as we sat on the beach relaxing. The food was good, just enough. They told us about all the beaches around the island. Would recommend to anyone that wants to see the island from the water. Antigua was having a regatta the same week we were there and we stopped and watched all the sail boats. Have never seen that in person so that just added to the experience.

  We had a great day circling the beautiful island. Once being picked up at Sandals we headed out and the Captain advised it may get choppy. With the boat not being very full, this allowed people of the bow to move inside. We are boating people, so we stayed on the bow with a few others. We had a blast sitting up front crashing waves and getting soaked. Pack a dry bag if you have one. I would recommend moving inside if you can if you do not want to get wet or a wild ride. We arrived at the beach and decided to hang out and have cocktails rather than snorkel. Lunch was good, and ran into a little more chop on the South East side. Once we got to the South side it was smooth sailing with beautiful views. Wayne was onboard taking photos and we purchased his photo package which included all the photos he took of us, and ones around the island.

  

  

• 360 Power Tour w/snorkeling

  Transport from resort to port at St John's was included, which was preferred to picking up at beach (got full 360 of island). Ride was fun, although hard to hear audio descriptions to various points of interest (we were sitting right on bow). Music was great and a fun atmosphere. Snorkeling equipment was sanitized in bleach and fit well. Snorkeling provided belt float which really helped. There was alot of swimming involved. Saw a couple turtles and small fish. Shoreline of island is beautiful and rugged in many places. Run into English Harbor to see yachts was interesting too. Lunch and drinks were good. Overall pleased with trip and felt it was worth the price.

  The views were amazing and the staff were very kind and friendly! I ended up getting sea sick and the staff really took care of me. The food was top notch as well! Shout outs to Ray for bringing me a conch shell since I wasn't feeling well enough to go snorkeling!

  

• Fun to ride & see the island

  Easy pick up at Sandals. The crew were nice. The day was beautiful. It was difficult to hear the explanations of the locations were passing but the treat of riding around the island was so good. Our first order of business was pulling into a cove to snorkel. It wasn't the most amazing snorkel but at the outset we saw two sea turtles which were beautiful. We also spotted a large sting ray! It was a shallow reef with some neat fish but not in high quantity. The lunch was fine. My husband has celiac so there wasn't much for him despite the grill master saying he could eat the chicken. He didn't know that soy sauce is a no-go. The rum punch- heavy in punch and light on the rum- was tasty and they had plenty of water. We chose this to be on a boat around the island so we were happy.
