1.00I booked my tour and it was canceled around 12 pm the day before, through an email that I could not see until the morning of the tour. The reason for the cancellation was that they had no sick guides. So far all understandable. My surprise comes when I hire another tour with another company and the guide who makes it to me, is from your company and obviously was not sick. I find it very unprofessional to cancel a visit at such short notice, without giving option in exchange for schedule or anything, let alone when your company guides (supposedly sick) are doing tours of the city.
A must-see tour if you are coming to Prague.
