The tour started with Bindlestiff tour guide loading our luggage into an enclosed trailer. Once on the freeway we had multiple cars beep and try to get us to stop, one driver notified us that the trailer has been left open. Once stopped the Bindlestiff employee jumped out to check the trailer and said it was only slightly open so nothing could have fallen out. We continued our travels to our first hiking location. When the Bindlestiff employee opened the trailer to retrieve our lunch, this is when we found not only my friends suitcase had fallen out but 2 other travellers as well. One of the travellers had lost her medication as well as night time breathing machine, another has lost his backpack which also had his laptop as well as all of his travelling belongings. My friend lost 3 weeks of clothing ect, we had only just started our travelling adventure in USA. We were then told it is our responsibility to report the incident to the police once the 3 day trip was over and it will need to go under our insurance not the companies. Everyone who lost their luggage received no help in purchasing even a pair of socks or undies to make it through the 3 day trip with nothing. This event occurred due to the Bindlestiff employee not shutting Bindlestiffs trailer door prior to driving, making it a workplace event for Bindlestiff. We were not offered a refund or any compensation.

It was a great experience. Breathtaking views! Perfectly planned and mapped out. Our tour guide Dylan was awesome. Very energetic and enthusiastic! We could tell that he has love for all of these places we visited. And great music playlists along the way made it a nice ride.Be sure to do the helicopter ride at the Grand Canyon. And don’t miss Antelope Canyon.

Our 3-day Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion & Bryce, etc. trip was amazing. It was a small group of 11 people plus our guide, Craig. With fellow explorers that spanned from several who pretty much were along to sight see to those of us hiking the canyons, Craig made sure to give us all suggestions for our best experiences. Craig made sure we had everything we needed. We were supposed to camp but the weather did not cooperate. Craig made sure we were taken care of and had dry and comfortable accommodations. Craig is an amazing, knowledgeable guide. We were supplied with great lunches as well as snacks. The three day tour was a whirlwind of adventure. I highly recommend Bindlestiff Tours for your next adventure. I can't wait to book another tour.

My husband and I recently returned from the 3 day tour of Zion National Park/Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon, and it was a truly remarkable, unforgettable experience. Bindlestiff and our tour guide Justin, who was a credit to the company, were outstanding. The attention to details and individuals needs began with correspondence days after booking the tour. Justin who was happy, helpful and incredibly informative described what we were seeing along the way. When we arrived at the locations he made sure everyone knew how best to enjoy the sights. Justin made everyone feel comfortable and the trip very enjoyable. We opted for the hotel option rather than camping which was very nice. We would highly recommend this tour and tour company. We look forward to traveling with them again on another wonder trip.
