You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

What To Expect
Burj Khalifa
Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

4.00Great experience at the Burj kalifa and lovely views over Dubai. Be prepared to wait at peak times (1.5hrs during our visit to get the lift up) long wait on the way down also. Staff do well to manage the queues and frustration. Worth a visit when in Dubai.

4.00LONG LONG LINES. Stood in line for over 2 hours even though we had pre purchased entry time. Once at top it took about hour to get down. A bit chaotic but also one of busiest time of year so no ones fault really

5.00I just wanted to purchase the tickets to go up as high as i could, so i purchased them on the 148th floor. It turns out that though there wrree hundreds of people in line, we skipped to the front of the line and didn't have to wait long go to up. The view was amazing! I chose to upgrade my ticket to go up to the 153rd floor for about 350 AED more. The highest lounge in the world was up there with one free glass of wine or Prosecco, and a buffet of fancy little sandwiches and deserts. It was a fun, VIP experience.

1.00DO NOT BUY from this company. Completely false advertisement. They charge extra for prime hours while Bhurj Khalifa location doesnt. When I tried reaching out as I found out there is 4 hour wait and time commitment the company promises means nothing. Orient Tours doesn’t do anything about it. Do not even reply back. When I complaint for refund for false advertisement, they fully declined. I had to fight the battle at the front desk to even go up after hours. Completely wrong advertisement. See images, they completely ignore. The voucher clearly says 6pm and I am msging them at until 6 30, trying to get in but they fully ignore it. Their email says time is not guaranteed after. Than why charge more for it?
Waited for 2 hours in line and then gave up.

1.00We had a timed ticket for 7:30. We stood in the line at 6:30 and at 8:30 we were still at least 45 minutes away from the elevator (according to someone who works there). There was no functioning conditioning in the queue and we were not feeling too well so we gave up and came back. I am sure the experience would have been wonderful from up there, but clearly the number of tickets sold is not according to the capacity. It would be great to post estimated wait time at different distances.

1.00Absolute nightmare experience. For the New Year’s show the night after, everything was blocked off with no signage or clear directions on where to go. Staff and security gave conflicting information, and every location we were sent to was also blocked. This should have been communicated clearly in advance with proper guidance on how to access the venue during major road closures. We walked for over an hour just trying to find the entrance, only to then wait in line for more than another hour. By the time we got in, the experience was extremely underwhelming. The views were mediocre due to dirty glass, and the area was overcrowded to the point that it felt chaotic rather than enjoyable. We booked several tours during our trip and had great experiences elsewhere, but At The Top was not worth the price at all. It is highly overhyped, especially during peak events like New Year’s. Too many people, excessive waiting, poor organization, and no real value for the cost.
