You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

What To Expect
Burj Khalifa
Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

3.00Our reservation was for 6 pm. We stood in line for one hour. The smog/fog made it very difficult to see anything. We waited until it got dark and building lights went on. Getting out was a nightmare! For the price experience was poor. Over $200 USD each.
Excursion with transfer

4.00We had booked the excursion with transfer and a fixed time slot entrance Burj Khalifa. Our transfer (driver) arrived slightly late to the hotel. The drive to Burj Khalifa was an imposition. The air conditioning on ice temperature, extremely loud music and the driving style very aggressive. A fellow passenger got really sick. We arrived at Burj Khalifa just in time. The actual trip was then super organized and very worthwhile. Especially the variant of not having to queue. I highly recommend the trip, but I would book it without a transfer. You can also take the taxi very cheaply.
Awful lines…either spend the extra money for the lounge or skip

2.00I know it's the tallest, but it took ~2 hours in line to get up there even with advanced booking. Pretty sure the people who didn't also got in within 5 minutes or when I did. And there is absolutely no one preventing people from cutting in line. Spent 10 to 15 min at the top before I realized there was yet another line to go down. Probably took about 20 to 25...probablt better to just book a really tall hotel instead.

5.00Worth it, please do yourself a favor and get the skip the line tickets (it works going up and down and those lines are serious, unless you go extremely early or late) Also going to the 148th floor and seeing the inner hallways and elevators of the building was a pretty cool experience.

1.0050 minutes of queuing from the locker to the elevator door has taken away my desire to see the views. It's not worth it. And the queue to take the lift down is similar...
