You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

What To Expect
Burj Khalifa
Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

4.00If you don’t choose skip the line the queues can be an hour or more before you get to the top. So please allow plenty of time. Once up there views are stunning especially at sunset.

4.00Definitely get the fast pass or you will be waiting hours!!! Go during the day or just before sunset before it gets dark. The windows are dirty at the top and everything is blurry after dark. You will not have any clear photos of the view at nighttime. Also, go to the general taxi stand at the mall (the only way out unless maybe the MRT). The line is very long, but moves fast. Traffic is terrible there and our Uber was cancelled twice because they couldn't get in to pick us up. Or maybe schedule a ride ahead of time to meet you outside of the mall. MRT is probably best if walking there is not an issue.

5.00Stunning views of the city although we were unlucky that day there was a lot of dust in suspension which did not allow to enjoy them in all their glory, yet it is worth climbing up to the 124th floor and marveling at this futuristic city

4.00Booked for a 10am tour and are told to arrive aprox 15 minute before the time. We did so but there was not a really a point in doing do as we still had to wait for an hour in line for the elevator. I guess 1 hour is normal there so be prepared to do so. The view up there is amazing but over crowded so bring lots of patience with you if you want to get good photos.😁

3.00The operator was not very specific about where to go to get the tickets in the Dubai Mall. They said by the food court. There are two food courts in the mall. Also, when we get to the counter to claim our tickets, the PDF they sent us was not opening. It took us about two hours between looking for the counter to get the tickets and downloading the vouchers. Once on the top, we had access to floors 124 and 125, and the view was nice, but we were upset of running all over the place looking for the right ticket office. The explanation from the tour company may work for a local, but we were coming from the United States. It is a good thing that everyone speak English. Plan two hours before your reservation time.

1.00This company is misleading customers and selling invalid tickets. We booked tickets to Burj Khalifa, but what we received were NOT genuine entrance tickets. At the entrance, our tickets were rejected and we were told they were not valid. This completely ruined our plans and wasted our time and money.

1.00I purchased tickets for the Burj Khalifa through Viator, but unfortunately the tickets turned out to be invalid/fake. I was denied entry at the venue, which completely ruined my plans. I contacted customer support immediately, provided all the required information, but I never received a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I do not recommend this service due to unreliable tickets and poor customer support.

1.00Extremely negative experience. I strongly do not recommend this company. We were sold tickets for Burj Khalifa that turned out to be invalid. At the entrance, the tickets were not accepted, and we were denied access despite having planned our visit in advance and wasting a significant amount of time. After that, the company effectively took our money and has not issued a refund for over a month. Our repeated requests were either ignored or met with generic responses with no real action taken. What makes this situation even worse is the unacceptable behavior of their staff. During communication, we were subjected to offensive remarks based on religious beliefs, which is completely inappropriate and violates basic ethical standards as well as Viator’s policies. This is the worst service we have encountered while traveling. Lost money, ruined experience, and complete disrespect toward customers. I strongly advise against using this company.
