You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

5.00Thoroughly great experience. I visited on Wednesday 25th February, with an entry time of 5pm. I had purchased the platinum package, which meant I could skip the line, and get escorted within a group of other customers to the lifts, to take us to the top floors of current tallest building in the world. I visited floors 125, 148, 152. and 154, allowing me the opportunity to have some amazing views of Dubai. My package provided me with lounge access, thus giving me access to all kind of beverages (tea, coffee, juices, wine), sweets, candies, and savoury snacks, and also time to take in the scenic environment at my own leisure, without being rushed. Everything was well organised, the staff were amazing, really made me feel welcomed. I would definitely do this tour again, I was lucky to witness the sunset due to the time slot that I picked. There were no issues with queueing or security etc, I felt safe at all times. If you suffer vertigo or are afraid of heights then maybe avoid floors 152 and 154. Orient Tours arranged everything perfectly, I had my digital ticket sent a couple of days before my visit to Burj Khalifa. On the ticket it advised to bring ID which i did, but no one asked to see it at the entrance, but better safe than sorry. All in all I spent close to three hours admiring the views, drinking coffee/tea/juices and chilling in the lounge. Five stars for me, very good experience, worth the extra money for the platinum package.

4.00Be prepared for there not to be enough seats for everyone. You'll be eating and drinking standing up and without napkins. During the day, the view from any height is unsightly. In the evening, the lights come on and a pleasant view of Dubai opens up.

1.00Very disappointing experience for what was meant to be the premium ( platinum) ticket. 45 minutes queuing despite a skip the line ticket, no seating in any of the lounges and very overcrowded on the viewing deck. A lot of disgruntled people around. Stick to the basic ticket and be prepared to queue

5.00Really good experience. I was happy to spend the few extra money to get up. There was peace and not many people, you have 3 floors almost for yourself. You could eat the fine snacks in a peaceful environment without disturbances. The staff was absolutely eminent to give a good experience. We had fast track and it was well given out. Can be recommended, especially with children. As we went further down, we saw the chaos of people all trying to take pictures from the same windows. High music and cows. Again we jumped in the fast track and came down quickly. Really a good experience.

2.00Staff were pleasant & polite but it is poorly organised, the guide spoke through a microphone with a speaker attached to her belt, the sound was so poor we could hardly hear what was being said. Nice snacks were laid out in the lounge & you got one free drink with your ticket. Exiting was utter chaos despite having a fast track pass as no staff were there to guide you & there were just huge queues of people trying to get in the lifts. The whole experience is massively overpriced.

1.00DO NOT pay the extra money it’s not a premium experience at all . Best views are the standard ticket so do not waste your money for a flat glass of Prosecco and finger food that looks like it came out of a packet. Was very rushed to get in the lifts and to the lounge which was not premium did not enjoy until was down at the outside viewing platform . Feel ripped off paying for this experience

3.00Despite expensive fast pass ticket still have to queue 40 minutes for lift! Also in the lounge very many people. Drinks are included but you must be able to get hold of a waiter to place your order! Views are phenomenal especially from the outdoor terrace. Too expensive for me for what it is.

5.00Yes a must see. Has to be a clear day of course. Going to the top is a must do in Dubai. They have food and drinks at the top as a well. The view is stunning
