What To Expect

After booking, you will receive confirmation of your transfer along with driver details. Before your trip, we will contact you to confirm pickup time, location, number of passengers, and luggage requirements. For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will monitor your flight in real time. Once you land, your driver will meet you inside the terminal at arrivals with a personalized name sign. For hotel or address pickups, your chauffeur will arrive at the specified location and meet you in the lobby or at the entrance. For cruise port pickups, your driver will meet you at the designated pickup area at Station Pier. All transfers are private, comfortable, and door-to-door. He was very nice, was on time with a sign at the agreed to spot. We did have to walk a bit to where he was allowed to park. The drive was good, he gave advice on what we should do while in town.
