In our premium cooking class you will prepare Ecuadorian traditional dishes and at the same time you will have the opportunity to prepare a delicious cocktail known as Canelazo. You will delight yourself with authentic Ecuadorian food, internationally recognized as one of the best within Latin America and the favorite of many visitors wordlwide. Learn how to make delicious dishes and cocktails, where corn, potatoe, quinoa ,rice and sea food are the star ingredients of the class. Our chef will share with you his secrets and amazing techniques. Whether you are a beginner or you already know about cooking, we are sure that this experience will be unforgettable. One of the best ways to get to know a country is through its cuisine, live this Ecuadorian experience and get to know Ecuador from the inside. Classes are available from Monday to Sunday, at two different times. Our menus can also be vegetarian and on demand we can make personalized menus.

I enjoyed cooking with Carlos and learning about Ecuadorian Cuisine. He had done most of the prep in advance so there was a bit less actual cooking than I would have preferred. I ended up being the only one who signed up so I have a private lesson which was nice.

This I'd am exceptionally well curated experience. The ambiance at Claroscuro is stunning, the service is world class yet very authentic, and the food quality is superb. Josúe, the chef, is smart and engaging. He walked me through each dish with whit and perfectly times explanations. The team went above and beyond to craft the three traditional meals with great regard for my specifications and we all enjoyed it. It's an incredibly personal experience as you have the meals with the chef, which sets the pace for more relevant and thoughtful conversation. The entire concept is miles ahead of typical travel cooking offerings. It's pro-social and exciting.

Phenomenal! Karen was awesome. We made a potato soup with an avocado rose set on cheese in the middle of the soup. Then we made a sword fish in a cream sauce and finished with a chocolate fondue dish with a variety of passion fruit and other local fruits. It was the best cooking class I have ever taken. Thanks Karen!
