Following complimentary coffee and pastries at the Cellarium, the 14th century medieval under croft, we enter the Westminster Abbey through the cloister. The cloister entrance offers priority access. This will be followed by an exclusive tour with our professional qualified guide.
An architectural masterpiece, Westminster Abbey presents a unique pageant of British history – the shrine of St Edward the confessor, the tombs of kings and queens, and countless memorials to the famous and the great. Our guide will help bring to life this remarkable building where 40 English and British coronations have taken place since 1066.
You will hear about the most recent coronation of Charles III that took place on the 6th May, 2023, the marriage of William and Kate – the Prince and Princess of Wales, and also stop briefly to pay our respect and celebrate the life of the late Queen Elizabeth II whose state funeral also took place at the Abbey.

Our first experience of Westminster Abbey, one of the jewels in London’s crown and a must see for any visitor, is in the 14th century medieval under croft. Originally used by the Benedictine monks to store food and drink - the Cellarium is now a unique restaurant, and we pause here for refreshments. (Refreshments included in the price)

We had an amazing guide in Amber. She was so much fun and so knowledgeable. When the tour finished she checked to make sure we were good and gave a few suggestions on what to see next!

Amber, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. I know more about Westminster Abbey than I ever thought I would know because of her knowledge.Amber

Frank was very knowledgeable and funny. He did a great job of herding the group and keeping us from getting lost.

This is an excellent and full tour. There is way too much to absorb during the tour so stay longer and continue to meander through the Cathedral. Our guide was excellent and full of stories as well as basic facts. The crowds are large and got worse through the day.

Zozo was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and entertaining, giving a much better experience than 'doing it yourself'. The tour was well paced and we got to see enough in the 2 hours we had.

This tour provided priority access to this world famous Abbey. Our guide was very knowledgeable and thoughtful, leading us through crowds of bank holiday weekend visitors. The history of the Abbey and the stories of the famous people buried there is awe-inspiring.

Our guide was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Be prepared to not be able to photograph or video all the experiences. The guide clearly tells you the rules. Follow them. Security is very stringent and they will forcibly stop you.

It was one of the most amazing tours we've ever been on. Peter was knowledgeable and funny and we learned so much from him! He is a born storyteller and was great about engaging with everyone, especially my 9 year old son. I didn't think much about it before booking, but having a croissant and tea/coffee in the quiet little Cafe before the tour began was wonderful: We met our guide and others on our small private tour in comfort and air conditioning.
