I had an amazing time in the desert, my guides Walid and Abdou were lovely, always making sure we were alright and having a good time. I went alone but met some amazing, fellow solo traveling women, and had such an amazing experience wildcamping in the desert for two nights, seeing the beautiful and vivid stars, and even getting to meet some desert nomads selling their wares. Totally recommend

I had a really wonderful and authentic desert tour experience. As a solo traveler, I didn’t want to explore the Sahara alone, but Walid spontaneously organized a small group of four other solo-travelers around the same age —we were all on a similar wavelength, which made everything feel easygoing and harmonious from the start. We were accompanied by Abdellah, whose family has Amazigh roots for generations, which added a very special touch. Both guides were incredibly friendly, funny, and always open to any questions. I felt safe at all times and had a great time, with lots of beautiful photos and meaningful conversations. I chose the 4x4 tour since I preferred not to ride camels, but I can imagine the multi-day camel trekking tour being an even more special experience—especially for nature lovers with more time. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing desert experience, truly something we will never forget. Everything was perfectly organized and felt so special from beginning to end. The camel ride through the desert was magical, and the quad riding was such a fun and exciting experience. Sleeping in a tent in the middle of the desert was absolutely breathtaking – the peace, the stars, the whole atmosphere… just wow. A special thank you to our guide Wallid, who made the whole experience even better. He was so kind, helpful, and made us feel completely comfortable the entire time. We also stayed at Dar Toda Guesthouse, where we were welcomed by the sweetest family. Zarah, the mother, was incredibly warm and caring and it really felt like home. Their hospitality made this trip even more special. I would recommend this experience to everyone. It was truly perfect 🤍

We had a pleasant stay. Wallid took good care of us arranging pick-up, stay, hammam and 5 day desert tour. Family owned and authentic bussiness. The dessert tour 5 days was a unique experience and highly recommendable. Before you have plenty of worries but these guys take very good care of you including all extras and wishes. If youre brave enough then do a 3-5 day tour

We did the tour with Salah as a family (2 adults and 2 children 10 and 12 years). The organization worked great. Salah picked us up at the hotel in Zagora - the drive to the desert was already breathtaking, after some distance in the valley we went over the mountain massif and through small villages and places to the transition to the Erg Chigaga desert. The contrast to e.g. Marakech could not be greater. The beauty and hardness of the desert was so intense. Salah managed to show us the Big 3, we could see gazelles, antelopes and also ostriches. Riding camels creates an exciting impression of why these animals are so valuable. Climbing the great dune is a very special experience. Seeing the nomadic tents in the plains and understanding the environment people live in and defy the conditions is impressive. The camp is located away from other camps and is loving and cozy, even with sanitary tent. Tea and food are wonderful. The sunset and especially the sunrise are incredible. The return journey, again with many experiences, was a bit quieter in the jeep, we were still processing our experiences and experiences. Visiting the Koran school was very interesting. To experience the cooperative with ceramic production very intensively, especially for us Europeans. And that's why it's so important! We felt completely comfortable and take a very special experience with us!!! Salah is a very special person !!! You can feel his experience and his great love for this extreme and at the same time beautiful environment. Thank you dear Salah !!!! Time remains our absolute highlight from this Morocco trip.🙏🏼❤️

I highly recommend this tour. It was the highlight of our trip to Morocco due to the uniqueness of the experience and the extremely kind, welcoming organizers of the trip. By spending two nights in the desert, we were able to see wonderful sunrises and sunsets and visit special places like Tamgroute. My friends and I would have loved to stay even longer and would choose Dar Toda again and again.

Youssef is a great guide, we can highly recommend the tour (2 nights in the desert). The camp was very comfortable, the food excellent and the places visited were a highlight of our trip. The transport, collection and communication were also smooth. Very happy to come back!
