  I had Pinar host me for the final two days of this adventure. She was an extremely generous host and frequently offered flexibility with our itinerary. She was also a highly experienced tour guide who knew her way around the various locations and was extremely knowledgable, having a deep understanding of the local sites.   My husband and I went on the private 4 day tour to Cappadocia, Ephesus, and Pamukkale, and we absolutely loved it. Famous was our tour guide in Cappadocia, and he was incredibly knowledgeable on local history and geology, which was our focus for that portion of the tour. Tijen was our guide in Ephesus and Pamukkale, and she was incredibly knowledgeable on the different religions and history of the region, which was our focus for that portion. Both guides were so friendly and hospitable and made us feel welcome in their country. The tour coordinators were also very helpful and responded quickly whenever I had a question. We would use this tour group again if we come back to Turkey, and we have already inquired about a different tour that they offer. Cappadocia is a beautiful part of Turkey, and I highly recommend staying in one of the cave hotels that the tour group recommends and taking a hot air balloon ride. That was one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed in the Yunak Evleri cave hotel, which is one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. I had never booked a private multi-day tour, and I had some anxiety booking something this big based on just reviews from strangers online plus a couple of travel articles, but I am so glad I went through with it. It was worth every penny, and we saw the regions of Turkey that most interested us that we would not otherwise have seen. The best part was we learned so much from our excellent, friendly guides.

  We really liked the experience: it was a mix of history with the animation of modern times. It all went very well: The guides, transfers, hotels and activities were very balanced and responded to what we really wanted. We were a group of 9 and everyone liked it very much

  We got awesome travel experience from two great tour guides accompanied us. What's more that made it extra special, they made extra effort to let us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with lots of surprises. Their expertise and professionalism, and good hearted truly best represented their agency. Even the coach drivers gives us the feeling we were in good hands.   We decide to go to Turkey for our wedding anniversary. It has been amazing. We have spent 5 days in Turkey from Istanbul to Cappadocia. Everything was very well organized. Burak our guide in Istanbul was so well prepare, answering to all the questions and taking care of us. Cappadocia is an amazing place to visit, at least once in the life. Beautiful place.

  Our group worked with the company to put together a package that included tours in Istanbul and Cappadocia. The company was always available to answer any questions I had and easily accommodated any reasonable request. In Istanbul we were fortunate to get Tarik as our guide for 3 days. He was the best and his professionalism, knowledge, patience and overall personality made our experience a 20/10. We especially valued his deep commitment to giving a holistic overview of the history of all the sites we visited. We are beyond grateful to him for a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The group is still talking about our experience with Tarik! In Cappadocia, we were blessed with Fatima as our guide. She was just the right person to help us navigate all that Kapadokya has to offer. She was so passionate about sharing the history of region and the important role it played in world history. She helped us experience unique things like pistachio coffee and the underground cities. She was the best and became part of our family!

  Highly recommend Guided Istanbul Tours especially if you are on a cruise. Our group of 5 people were able to have a private tour in Ephesus and in Istanbul for much less than 1/2 the price of the cruise line excursions. Tijen was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel so very comfortable by sending me a link prior to our port day in Ephesus. She sent me a video clearly defining where to meet her. We actually got started a bit early to get ahead of the crowds at the house of the Virgin Mary. Tijen's expertise allowed our group to get in and out of the house without much waiting in line - so helpful! She ensured that we all got back to the boat in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I would definitely consider returning to Turkey for a longer tour specifically with Tijen! I LOVE that Guided Istanbul Tours allows for "pre-purchase" of entrance fees. They were able to send me the link to purchase the tickets so that my group did not have to wait in the long lines in Istanbul. Umran took us around Istanbul and was very knowledgable about the history of the palace and Mosque. Umran recommended a fabulous place for dinner and I appreciate her allowing us to skip the museum and maintain flexibility with our group. The transportation back to the airport was timely and the vehicles were luxurious. I appreciate the bottled waters and the hospitality that Guided Istanbul Tours provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  My wife and I took a private, tailor-made tour to visit some of Turkey's most iconic destinations, that is Istanbul, Cappadocia and Ephesus. The tour included the services of english speaking local guides in each city or region, all domestic flights, all ground transfers and an overnight stay at the amazing Museum Hotel in Nevşehir, Cappadocia. The itinerary was designed with total flexibility, so we were shown the most significant sights at our own pace with detailed descriptions and then, basically, taken wherever we wanted, be it other attractions, restaurants or shops. We were first-timers in Turkey, so we had a chance to live unforgettable experiences, during an amazing, dreaming journey through times and styles. Everything went smoothly, we did not have one single delay or mishappening. The key words were professionality, expertise, kindness and smiles. All aspects were covered with confort and attention, we were perfectly taken care of, never rushed and always escorted with class. Bottled water and refreshments were provided all the time. Kemal, our guide in Istanbul, is a very prepared, dynamic, modern gentleman, always ready to give a witty comment, tell a relevant anecdote or suggest the perfect place to eat. Over eight hours, starting from the Dolmabahçe Palace, he revealed to our eyes and ears the secrets of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque (i.e. Sultan Ahmed Mosque), the Hippodrome, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar. Alican, our guide in Cappadocia, is the personification of Turkey itself. He is charming, strong and welcoming, just like his country. He took us to Göreme National Park, to Love Valley and to Devrent (or Imagination) Valley. Wherever we went, the sceneries were unreal, almost surreal! Cappadocia must be visited, at least once in a lifetime. Özlem, our guide in Ephesus is an archeologist. She is also fluent in italian, so sometimes we spoke with her in our own language. After a stint at Meryem Ana Evi (i.e. Virgin Mary’s house), with enthusiasm and knowledge she took us through the amazing Unesco World Heritage city of Ephesus, Anatolia, where she recapped the history of this greek and roman site. From start ot finish, the tour was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Not to mention the fact that Turkey is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, A special mention must go to the dedicated team at Guided Istanbul Tours' headquarters in Istanbul, especially Mr Fatih Yazici who organized and coordinated everything. We were in daily contact with the agency through Whatsapp and received constant support. Thanks also to Ms Melissa Ortanca.
