5.00I participated in two sound healing sessions in a weekend. One was surrounded by 20+ colleagues and one surrounded by two friends. Rodrigo led both. Both were absolutely amazing and different. I highly recommend it. Not only is Rodrigo very insightful and informative, but his music is beautiful. You will feel all the feels. And every time it will be different. Things will move through you and you will walk out feeling alive. Then, wait a few days, and it will be even better! Rodrigo has performed, by far, the best sound healing ceremony I’ve had the blessing of joining. You will not be disappointed - until you go home and realize Rodrigo and his beautiful music, are far away!

5.00The Center of Joy lives up to its name! I spent three weeks at Las Catalina’s and enjoyed yoga at the Center if Joy, and my two friends each had a massage that they raved about. One had the 4 hands massage and really enjoyed it. We ate at Nature’s table at least once a day, often more than that! The food and team are amazing. Justine & Ignacio were so kind and welcoming. We met the chef, Javier, one night when we closed the place. He is a master chef from Spain and I can tell everything on the menu is made with love. It’s healthy on top of it! Feels like you are a guest in someone’s home. It’s truly a special place. Right now I’m enjoying a little girl having lunch with Santa and Mrs Klaus-having a great day! So fun. Thank you to everyone at the Center of Joy for making our time so wonderful.

5.00Jorge, the massage therapist is amazing. He has magic hands for the massage and nose exactly what he’s doing. I have had a sore knee and back for several months. I came out of the session feeling like a new woman. He knows all the pressure points. He knows acupressure and he is still learning, but what he knows now is amazing.

5.00I had been going to yoga classes in Center of Joy and enjoying it. On one of my visits, they mentioned a young man Jorge that did massages but that he really knew the body and was more like a physical therapist. I had been doing a lot of up and downhill hiking and my muscles and joints were screaming at me. I felt like hearing about Jorge was an answer to prayer and I signed up for a 90 minute session. It was just what I needed. It relaxed my muscles in a way they needed. He even took the time and followed up with videos of stretches he thought would benefit me. I am very fond of Center of Joy and very grateful for my session with Jorge.

5.00Center of Joy and most especially their amazing Sound Journey with Wendy are not to be missed! (And I thought I had experienced a sound bath before… ) Nothing compares to this, and I’m really sad I live so far away! 😁 Wendy clearly loves her work, is very knowledgeable, is one of those people whose very presence is soothing. We all kept talking about how relaxed we felt even days later. Also - the coffee, meals, and shopping for locally-crafted goods are not to be missed!

5.00Center of joy is a place full of light, from when you enter the energy of the place and the people who work there make you breathe an atmosphere of peace. I have been blessed to try various therapies and the more I allow myself to live them, the more they have helped me find my calm , to slow down the pace of life in which we gradually enroll without realizing and that exposes us to damage our body. The Center of joy therapy menu is a reset to stress, emotional burdens and return us to a healthier state. Recovery from a disease process should be accompanied by therapies that help us strengthen our emotional part and stimulate recovery and health from the inside. I recommend you turn around and live the experience.
