On this private Adelaide walking tour, you'll hear about the history and culture that has shaped Adelaide into what it is today. Your born-and-raised local guide gives you a warm welcome to our friendly city, providing an orientation of Adelaide's main streets and key landmarks. You will stop by important spots including Adelaide Arcade and Town Hall, before finishing outside the Adelaide Central Market.
This tour provides you with understanding of how Adelaide's history has impacted the present - walk away with greater knowledge about what makes the city vibrant and modern, and leave armed with recommendations on how to continue your Adelaide stay.
*For bookings of two or more, this tour runs for two hours. If one person is on the booking, it runs for 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
*We offer the use of hearing devices on private tours for an extra $10 per person (earpieces or T-coil portable hearing loops). Please inform us on booking if you'd like this option.

5.00Our tour with Katina was excellent. She demonstrated enthusiasm for her hometown and had extensive knowledge about all the sights we visited. She was extremely considerate of my wife who was using a cane and made sure there were stops where a bench could be used by my wife while she communicated information about the sights. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00South Australia Tourism arranged this tour for me and my husband, and we enjoyed a tour of Adelaide Markets as well as downtown and Rundle Mall. Katina was informative, and knowledgeable, and even brought visual aides. I love a good map, especially when learning about a new city. She even gave us a fabulous dinner recommendation and followed up with a video to teach us about Aussie rules Football - a first round playoff game was happening in that night in Adelaide. So much fun and a wonderful orientation to Adelaide.

5.00We did 2 tours with Katina: The Central Market Tour in the morning, and the Intimate Private Walking Tour in the afternoon. Doing both tours really gave us an inside view of Adelaide and what a wonderful city it is. Katina’s love for her city really came through, and she was very knowledgeable about the history of the city including the recent past. She also could tell stories about the origin of the Central Market vendors, and personally knew many of them. We would highly recommend Katina’s tours on your visit to Adelaide.
