What To Expect
After booking with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and/or a phone call to collect further information regarding your trip. Upon the day of arrival the representative/driver will be at the airport with a company sign showing the company logo, displaying your name(s). After the loading of the vehicle with you luggage, you will then be given a complimentary drink. After the distribution of the complimentary beverage, you will be transported to your place of accommodation. On the day of your departing flight, the driver will be at your place of accommodation two and a half (2 1/2) hours before your flight, ready to transport you to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport the driver will unload the vehicle and will wish you farewell and a safe journey.

5.00Some random local guy at the airport taxi stand called my driver for me. It was my first time in Jamaica and I was pleasantly surprised how helpful at the airport are.

5.00THANK YOU to Dwight , KJ, Trevor and the Island Treasure Tours team for making my birthday trip in Montego Bay a BLAST ! We booked them for 5 days airports transfers, excursion, night life and they did not drop the ball !! Very reasonable pricing , on time pick ups for everything and just really good vibes ! all the excursions we did was so much fun ! bamboo rafting , catamaran cruise, atv tour ,Rick’s cafe , clubbing everything was 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! fav part was my birthday welcome signs and also my birthday surprise cake , THANK YOU DWIGHT!!

5.0010/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! We just left from our vacation and we all miss Dwight so much !!! He literally made us feel so safe at all times and had us feeling right at home from the moment I inquired, to getting off our flight, going on excursions every day and nightlife every night. He made our vacation so memorable without him we would’ve been so lost , he room care of everything and we had so much fun every single time we seen him. Thank you so much Island Treasure Tours & Dwight !!! If you want to have a ball don’t wait any longer BOOK ! VIBES VIBES VIBES YAAHMANN

5.00The best faultless summer holiday we could have wished for…. Flew out with tui on the dream liner in premier class. Flights perfect! The hotel greeted us warmly after a long journey. We booked a Junior Suite for myself and my wife and the same for my lads. Rooms huge with every comfort, part sea view. All mini fridge drinks are free including the optics. Buffet superb quality on any meal. All A La Carte Restaurants are free and easy to book on the app with no limits on how many times you visit. You do not need long trousers for men. Audley in the buffet was the best for his service at breakfast and lunch. He was an excellent waiter. All staff were so friendly apart from Felissa at breakfast. Had lunch in Aqua bar a few times but service quite slow. Mark and Vanessa in the aqua bar brought us so many drinks around the pool. Wonderful people! Tamar served us our morning coffee before we had breakfast. Entertainment crew were brilliant. Very varied all day and night, never got bored. Special mention to Spider-Man, Black Panther and Sparks. Special thanks to Sparks for all the table tennis with my son Matt. Trips- we booked all our trips through Tag Jamaica, a brilliant local company with private taxi service and much cheaper than tui prices. They would take us wherever we wanted. We visited the Martha Brad River Rafting; excellent and they get you there early to avoid the queues from the cruise liners. Dunns River Falls- another great trip again with great service. Negril- all day on the beach (beautiful) did parasailing here, then went to Ricks Cafe where you can do cliff jumping, very busy but great atmosphere. You can stay for the sunset but our afternoon was cloudy so not worth staying. Weather- hot hot hot but loved it, saw rain 3 times! The beach at Riu palace is gorgeous and calm and very warm. Did a lot of sea swimming. All pools and bars were great and clean. Did lots of sea swimming. Gym- not huge but enough equipment to keep ticking over while you pile on the calories. Went to Tropical Bliss beach about 10 mins away so my lad could do jet ski, the only place on the island. Montego Bay- went out for shopping and dinner, that wasn’t that special, had dinner at the Pelican that was average. You can visit either the Reggae or Montego hotels next door but they cannot visit the Riu Palace. They are noisier and not quite what we wanted. We loved the whole atmosphere at Riu Palace, we visited with my autistic 20 year son and my 18yr old son, both loved it in different ways and the staff and entertainment crew were great with them. We have come back after 2 weeks and cannot thank the Riu Palace Staff enough for a truly wonderful holiday!! Many Americans and Canadians but love chatting to them as it makes such a difference than chatting to other Britts all the time. Take US Dollars. Quite a lot of weed around but easy to avoid and stay clear. We would book again tomorrow but the world is a big place and lots of places to go. Thank you to everyone at Riu Palace Montego Bay!!!
