What To Expect
Upon booking a representative from Down To Earth Tours will reach out within 24 hours of your booking, we will request any additional information that is needed. Once the guest arrive in Jamaica and clear customs/ Immigration, Please exit at the first door to your immediate right to the outside Public waiting area where you will see multiple companies with signs waiting on their passengers, Your guide/driver will have a sign with Down To Earth Tours and or you parties name. upon entering the transportation the guest will be offered a welcome drink. your guide/driver will keep you informed in route to your hotel for drop-off.

5.00I highly recommend booking your hotel transfer with Hosan! He made us so comfortable and showed us around on our way to and from the hotel. We learned so much about the history of Mobay & shared our mutual love for Jamaican music (dancehall & reggae). He also gave us recommendations for our time in Mobay. He and his team were very responsive, respectful, and kind! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed a beautiful welcome & drop off! A 10/10 experience!

5.00Krisann was our driver from the airport to the resort and we can’t say enough great things about her! She has a bubbly personality, so much life to her, and great knowledge about Jamaica. She made us feel 100% comfortable and was very welcoming. She definitely set the tone for Jamaica and was a great representation of how the people are here! We also booked a cultural tour of Montego Bay through her, which also was perfect! You can feel that she cares about you from the moment she opens the car door. Would recommend her to everyone!!!

5.00We have been using Down to Earth Tours for our airport transfers since 2010. Although our transportation from the airport is included in our All-inclusive package, we prefer to Down To Earth Tours to pick us up from the airport. We have always had great service, we get to the resort before most of the other guests so checking in is always breeze. Khrissy always has cold drinks for us and will gladly stop to pick up anything we require. I absolutely recommend this company!
