What To Expect
- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it. - Meeting gates are assigned based on flight number. - Don't worry if you can't meet the driver! Our drivers are available for 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. This is sufficient time to complete immigration and customs clearance. - Please let us know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. - Cleanly maintained vehicles and friendly drivers will take you comfortably. - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

5.00We highly recommend this airport transfer shuttle service to and from the airport. They are very reliable, they come earlier than expected, ready and just waiting for us, hehe. The staff Hyun & Kevin were both very courteous, respectful and helpful. We referred my cousin and her family to get this service when they went to South Korea as well. They went a couple of days ahead and they were happy we told them. Btw, the van they used were both brand new and very clean. Thanks again for accommodating my family.

5.00Very convenient, comfortable drive from Incheon Airport to our Hotel in Seoul. Cost was around $140AUD if I remember correctly for about 1 hour drive. It was late at night close to 10pm, I didn’t want to muck around with public transport as I had a child with me.

1.00Good communication with company but bad communication with driver. Horrible smell in car. Driver tried to drop us off away from hotel and I had to repeatedly ask him to tell us where the accommodation as. Finally he searched and couldn’t find it either. He was going to drive off leaving us without knowing where our drop off location was.

5.00Extremely convenient and smooth. Driver reached out to me days prior to our flight. We communicated via WhatsApp Our flight arrived almost an hour early, driver waited almost an hour as there were many travelers waiting to go through immigration. All and all iit was convenient and easy. Driver was excellent in communication. No hassle.
