What To Expect
○ From Incheon Airport 1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed. 2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways. - Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate. - You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot). 3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30) ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Airport to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Airport.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

3.00Driver was very punctual and the ride was comfortable! Thought I was signing up with an English speaking driver though. He didn’t speak English at all. Would have enjoyed asking him few questions.

1.00I messaged our driver the night before our pick up and asked if 9:30 is enough time to get to the cruise pier by 11:15. He said yes and was all confirmed so we planned accordingly. We woke up and found he messaged early in the morning and suggested we leave an hour earlier if not more. We were not able to make that time since we planned for 9:30. He then messaged telling us he will be there and just wait for us, making us feel rushed. We hurried and made it down by 9:15. He used the excuse that traffic was going to be busy. This was NOT the case. On the ride there we heard him apologizing to someone on the phone. We arrived at 10:30 and had to wait about an hour before we could get on the ship. When he dropped us off he quickly went over to a group of people and was talking for a bit. He then left. My assumption… he probably had to pick some people up from the cruise port earlier than he was originally dropping us off which is why he wanted to pick us up earlier.

5.00The driver did not speak English, but communicated perfectly with us by using a translator app. He sent messages confirming everything 24 hours in advance in WhatsApp and was there ready and waiting for us right when we arrived.

5.00Immediately upon booking I was contacted via WhatsApp with a coordinator Andrea and my driver Mr Wu. The service was impeccable and Mr Wu arrived 30 minutes early and assisted us in every way possible. The car was a great size 7 seater that easily accommodated everything and was clean and well maintained. For such a reasonable price as well we could t ask for more

5.00The plane was scheduled to land 3 PM, there were delays and even we lost some luggage, by the time we actually came out it was 5 PM. But the driver was there and communicated with us that he would wait for us. Really helped us out. Highly recommend.

Due to the delayed flight, and missing our tour, we had to change our drop off location I contacted Viator, the driver was waiting for us, and the mew drop-off location was already dispatched to the driver.
