What To Expect
○ From Incheon Airport 1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed. 2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways. - Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate. - You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot). 3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30) ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Airport to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Airport.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

5.00This service was responsive, efficient and helpful. We are first timers in Korea so having our driver meet us at arrivals hall was so helpful. They drove us safely to our hotel which was an hour from Incheon. The vehicle was spacious and clean. The driver offered us candy in the car too! Would highly recommend this service if you want a stress free airport pick up. Thanks to Chynna and her team.

4.00On time and easy to find as they did have a sign with our name. You do need to advise the size and number of suitcases in advance otherwise they assume you are travelling with carry on luggage. Did find it difficult to communicate as the driver speaks minimal english

5.00Great choice for airport transport to our hotel in Seoul (Jongno). From the moment I booked the reservation, I received clear instructions on what was needed. My driver, Li, sent me a message via WhatsApp a day prior to arrival and the day of arrival confirming our pickup and giving instructions on what to do and where to meet. Our flight was an hour late yet Li was monitoring our flight so as soon as we landed, I got his message with the Gate Number where we should meet. He also asked us to send a picture of our luggage so that he can easily recognize us. He was waiting for us as soon as we got to the meeting point. Li was very quick to respond whenever I sent a question to him. We will be using the same company back to the airport. Five stars all the way.
