What To Expect

○ From Incheon Airport 1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed. 2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways. - Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate. - You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot). 3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30) ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Airport to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Airport.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

Booking and confirmation simple! Communication from driver before hand was excellent! Driver was on time, helpful, friendly and safe. We had lots of luggage so getting a private driver was easiest. Will consider them again fo any future trips to Seoul!

Driver had difficulty loading our luggage. He had to load the suitcasea more than once and ended up leaving a suitcase on the curb of the cruise terminal. Had to arrange for an Uber to go back to the cruise terminal and bring it to my hotel. Almost doubled the cost of the original trip.

Booked 5 passenger vehicle for the 4 of us. Had enough room for a large suit case each and room for some extra bags. If you are 5 people and had as much stuff each as we did, I’d recommend going up a size of vehicle. Staff was super responsive and easy to communicate. I told them we were 10 minutes early and they were early and ready to go. Thank you!

Our driver was very attentive and messaged me as I got off the plane to tell us where he was waiting. He helped with the luggage and was a very polite and careful driver. We felt very safe and comfortable in the 7 seater minibus plus all our luggage 2 pieces each. I would highly recommend.

No issues! Greeted after passing through baggage claim by our driver, who then led us to a nice spacious van for a easy ride from Incheon Airport to our bnb location within Seoul. Perfect no stress especially after a long day of travel. Communication from the company before hand to assure us our travel would go off as planned.

Driver was not where we expected him to be. Took a while and a phone call to find him. He had a hand written sign. Also I had changed the destination hotel months ago, ... and I had communicated with Viator twice prior to the trip about the change... but the driver still had the wrong destination. With his limited English, we were able to correct it. One more thing, he walked out of the terminal as fast as he drove. Once we got underway all was fine.
