What To Expect
○ From Incheon Airport 1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed. 2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways. - Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate. - You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot). 3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30) ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Airport to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Airport.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

5.00Our driver was waiting for us at arrivals and helped us to find an ATM (although my card wouldn’t work so unfortunately we couldn’t give him a tip). The car was spotless, very comfortable, and his driving was extremely competent. Hoping to get him on the return journey some can rectify the tip situation.

5.00It worked out great! We had three people with 5 big bags, three carry on’s, personal items, etc. and they were able to fit it all into the 5 person car. The driver helped us put the luggage in and out and overall was a very easy process. Highly recommend if you have a decent bit of luggage cause you’ll get dropped off right at your arrival terminal / gate!

2.00I’m sure the driver we got today was a subcontractor, but our driver was aggressive and it was just not a smooth ride. Hard braking, aggressive driving, almost hit a pedestrian on a bike, sudden lane changes, and car smelled like smoke.
