What To Expect

24 hours after booking: Our customer service team will reach out to you within 24 hours after booking. Please provide us with your travel details, (flight number, the number of people traveling, luggage, pickup/dropoff address). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs. How We Pick Up: 1. Our driver will be contacting you a day before your pickup via WhatApp or Email. 2. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after the booking time and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave and we won’t be able to refund the fee. 3. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, please let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, any extra costs will be on you. 4. Our driver will be at the airport based on your flight time. However, if you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.

We had a wonderful experience with this service, especially because of our driver, John. John was right on time, and he took his time getting our luggage in order, which after a souvenir shopping spree was no easy task. At one point John even pulled over safely to adjust the bags so that they weren’t sliding around. Superb experience. Very well done.

Our driver was over an hour late picking us up in a smaller vehicle than what was booked. My family of 5 with 2 teenagers were crammed into this vehicle. We are thankful to not being late for our flight. The replacement driver was doing his best to fit all the luggage and get us to the airport.
