After clearing Immigration, collecting your luggage, and exiting Customs, proceed to the Arrivals Hall where your professional driver will be waiting with a personalized name sign. Luggage assistance is provided for your convenience. You will then be escorted to your clean, air-conditioned private vehicle. This is a non-shared transfer, meaning no waiting for other passengers and no additional stops unless requested. The scenic drive to Negril takes approximately 75–90 minutes, depending on traffic. Optional stops for groceries, ATMs, or quick refreshments can be arranged upon request. 5.00Jade has the presence of the warmest soul. Being a native, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the country and will give you a rundown of the major landmarks as you pass them. He is incredibly punctual as well and goes out of the way to make you comfortable on the cab ride. Highly recommend!

Not only was he reliable and professional, but he truly cared about making our trip smooth and enjoyable. He constantly checked in, gave us helpful tips, educated us on the area, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — this wasn’t just a service, it felt like we had someone genuinely looking out for us. 5.00Not usually one to leave reviews but Jade made such a good impression I had to. Got off a long flight feeling pretty drained and there he was, punctual and friendly, making the whole thing completely effortless. Car was spotless, drive was smooth and I got to the hotel feeling relaxed and refreshed. Having a reliable, friendly face at arrivals set the tone for the whole trip. Would absolutely book again.
