5.00We took a family day trip to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast with Diego, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment he picked us up, Diego’s knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire day memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii and the region, and he tailored the tour perfectly to our family’s interests and pace. Diego also gave fantastic recommendations for lunch and shopping along the way—each stop felt thoughtfully chosen and added so much to the day. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend booking a tour with Diego. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

5.00Would rate this tour more than 5 stars if possible. Diego was like being with a friend. He has a great personality and so helpful and accommodating. We had 2 couples and it was a wonderful day. Even helped us get. Guide for Pompeii last minute. And the Guide was a Giovanna and she was funny and so knowledgeable about Pompeii. She is actually an archaeologist and the knowledge she has is amazing. Learned so much and so many interesting facts. If you don’t take this tour you are missing something special.

5.00Diego was absolutely amazing! He was promptly on time to pick up our group of 6 from the train station in Napoli. His transportation was clean, nice and comfortable. More importantly he was hysterically funny and engaging. He kept us laughing through out the day. He was professional and courteous as well! He took us to Pompeii first where he introduced us to the guide, Marcello. Let me say if you do this tour and go to Pompeii ask specifically for Marcello. He is so knowledgeable about Pompeii and gave us so many insights about this historical treasure. Don't just go to say you've gone. Go and seek knowledge about this precious place. I don't think there's a better guide than Marcello. What we learned and saw with him was OUTSTANDING and we all agreed it has been the best tour we've taken in Italy so far. The town of Sorrento was so gorgeous and stunning a true treat to end off our day. Ill also mention Diego took us this wonderful restaurant for lunch with views over the bay. It was some of the most beautiful sites I've seen. By all means please book this tour. Don't hesitate. Its worth every penny and a great way to spend your day. Thank you to Diego and Marcello again for everything. ( Inside joke for Marcello- everything was "cool." LOL). Thanks audiobooks guys God bless!

5.00Mario and Marcello were amazing!!! Seriously I cannot recommend Mario and Marcello enough! Mario drove us from Naples to Positano then to Sorrento. Mario was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He spoke English extremely well and answered every question we had with ease! After Sorrento, Mario drove us to Pompeii where we went on a tour with him and his colleague Marcello. Marcello showed a great sense of humor and as an archeologist was extremely passionate about the site. If you are looking for a tour guide, Mario and his team at Visit Amalfi Coast are a must! 11 out of 10, and if I am ever back in Naples, I am going to call Mario!

5.00Our tour was excellent! Diego was enthusiastic, kind, a great driver, and gave us so much information! We loved our time in Positano, Sorrento, and riding along the stunning Amalfi Coast. We stopped for beautiful pictures, had delicious lemon slushies, pizza, and the best gelato. At Pompeii, Giovanna led us through the ruins and was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. It was a fantastic day!

His professionalism and deep knowledge made the tour incredibly engaging and informative. He was also an exceptional driver, ensuring our comfort and prioritizing our safety at all times. Would highly recommend! In addition, Giovanna, our tour guide for Pompeii, was also superb! Her warm communication style, passion, and extensive knowledge of Pompeii made our first visit to the ancient city highly memorable. We would enthusiastically recommend Giovanna as well!

5.00Eugenio was very pleasant did a great job of guiding us and telling us about the history while getting us to the Amalfi Coast. He was able to get us in for lunch at a lovely spot in Sorento. Highly recommend him. he then finished our day at Pompei.

5.00From the minute Diego greeted us we knew we were in the best care possible! He is a true gem. We received excellent narration about the Naples and Amalfi Coast communities during our drive along the coast and back to Pompeii where we spent two hours with another fantastic guide, Marcello. We were extremely impressed with Marcello’s knowledge of Pompeii and so grateful for the “behind the scenes” tour he provided. We look forward to returning to this area for another visit and will absolutely schedule another tour with our new friends!
