4.00We used this service at the recommendation of a family member. Our driver was Matt. He was there to meet us at the baggage claim area even though our flight was delayed almost 2 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The ONLY complaint I have was that the vehicle smelled bad. For the cost of this service ($190), I expect a clean vehicle free of any odors. Otherwise great service.
