Very well-run service! I knew we were in good hands when I received a WhatsApp message from our driver, Amber, the evening before our trip introducing herself and confirming our airport pickup plan. Amber was also very gracious and helpful when we met her in person. Every step of the way, communication was clear and reassuring, and we felt well-taken care of. Everything went so smoothly - especially important since we were traveling with my older parents and having an easy trip between the airport and Kyoto made a huge difference for them.
