Honestly. There was nothing special or different about this service vs getting a taxi. For the price that was paid and the amount of time it took, a water bottle would’ve been nice to have. Especially after such a long flight.

We had a big family, first time traveling to Japan. The driver gave us clear instructions and was waiting right outside baggage claim/customs. Trip was in a big van and very comfortable lots of room for our bags and to spread out. After a 13 hr flight it was nice not to worry.
