He communicated with us well in advance so we knew where he'd pick us up. The drive was quiet, comfortable and fast.

Need to improve coordination of specific pickup point. Our driver could not be found. He had a sign with our name in pencil on a white square sign he showed us later after he found us using WhatsApp. He showed have used a bold black marker. Any way drive was excellent!!

The driver waited for us at the airport, he did not know where the destination was and showed us something written in Japanese we could not understand. He drove extremely slow about half of the way because he was low on gas. In addition he made a stop to buy gas but still drove slow after that. It took us about 2 hours and traffic was low. This is disappointing especially since the price is double than other taxi services.

Honestly. There was nothing special or different about this service vs getting a taxi. For the price that was paid and the amount of time it took, a water bottle would’ve been nice to have. Especially after such a long flight.

Driver arrived ahead of time and texted me just as we landed. Excellent communication and coordination. The van we road in was spotless clean. I would strongly recommend this service to go to Tokyo from Narita Airport.
