Good experience with a little confusion.

4.0Great driver. Would have rated higher but arranging pickup point was not efficient. Had to wait 15 minutes and multiple phone calls to finally meet. Vehicle was comfortable and accommodating. Driver was polite helpful and safe. Good experience just could stand some improvement in pickup arrangements.

5.0Very attentive and nice driver arrived in Taxi car with plenty of room for us and our luggage. Helped with luggage when he picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.

2.0Very disappointed with this service - communication at the airport was not satisfactory, told to call a number so we can be told where the pick up will occur and the person we were talking to didn't understand the layout of the pickup area.

4.0The phone system is awkward. A great many hold please, and I had a difficult time hearing the person on the phone. The Driver was excellent!
