These are One Way Private Arrival Transfers in an Air conditioned luxury Van (Maximum 4 Passengers) from the Airport to your Hotel. On Arrival, you will be met by the driver who will escort you to the waiting vehicle and then transferred to your Hotel. Arrival transfer from the Airport to your hotel will include meet & greet service and the transfer service is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and will meet your travel requirements.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
What To Expect
Arrive JKIA International airport on your scheduled flight and after clearing immigration and customs, exit the Arrival Lounge and you will be met by a representative waiting with a paging board bearing your name. Here the representative will review the onward arrangements and escort you to the waiting private transfer vehicle introducing you to your driver guide who will transfer you to your hotel and proceed to your hotel/resort. On arrival at your hotel the driver escort will assist you with your luggage and assistance to check in the hotel. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Please bear in mind For transfers from the Airport to City Centre Hotels minimum time to reach your hotel is approximately 1 hour (depending on the traffic) For transfers from the Airport to Out of Town Hotels minimum time to reach your hotel is approximately 2 hours (depending on the traffic)

5.00currently on safari in Kenya and having a fantastic time. sharing a jeep with 4 other English guests. Our driver, Marvin, is very very good. he always arrives to pick us up at the designated time. His driving skills are amazing and we feel completely safe and relaxed. Marvin gives lots of information and gets us to the best vantage places every time. Would recommend this company for complete peace of mind.

5.00Pollmans arranged several aiport and hotel transfers for us, plus flights from Wilson airport to our safari camp - all prompt, well organised and with friendly staff. When one of our bags was delayed arriving from Heathrow (BA flight), they arranged to pick it up from Nairobi airport, transfer it to the smaller Wilson airport and put it on a flight to our camp. Great service, thank you!

5.00We had an amazing experience with Pollmans from the moment we were met at Nairobi airport everything ran smoothly. There was a slight mistake on our itinerary, but this was rectified immediately. We would like to give special thanks to Louie who met us at the airport and after a long day of travelling was extremely welcoming and Gladys who helped us with our transfer from hotel to Wilson airport but a very special mention goes to Mary, what a wonderful lady she is. Mary drove us from our hotel to the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and was so informative about the areas we travelled through and was the loveliest lady! Mary has a great sense of humour and by the end of the trip had become my husband’s aunty Mary! Thank you so much Mary and the rest of the team at Pollmans for ensuring our trip ran smoothly!!

5.00Driver was there to meet us at the airport despite our flight being late and the time it took to go through customs. Vehicle was exceptionally clean and driver pointed out various sites in Nairobi on the trip to our hotel. It gave us peace of mind to have this all arranged ahead of time as we were unfamiliar with Nairobi.
