What To Expect
Upon arrival at JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA), simply call the number listed on your voucher and your driver will arrive promptly. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a minivan, for up to five passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to your Brooklyn hotel or residence. When making a booking for this private arrival transfer from the New York City airport to your Brooklyn accommodation, you will need to advise your flight details and your Brooklyn hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy! Reckless and Dangerous. Shame on Carmel!

1.00the system told us our driver was there at the airport at level one door 5. No car. Then they said & minutews. Then they said its there. Ends up the driver was on level 2 at departures at what he told us door 8. There is no door 8. We finally found him. Got in the car. I immediately called Carmel to tell them we found him and my dissapointment. The driver felt flustered and pulled over at the exit ramp of the hotel and told us to get out. WE told him to just take us home. He then did it again on the HIGHWAY! in the middle of the highway in the dark he pulled over. See photo. Not sure if it was on purpose or it was his crappy car, but the whole ride was brake stop brake sop brake stop. I tried to go through. the proper procols with Carmel and even followed up. They assured me someday would get back to me again and they never did. I thought we were going to die on that highway. Never again.

1.00Horrible experience I booked this ahead of time and they made me wait over an hour and kept hanging up on me when speaking to customer service. They lied about the distance of the car and where it was. I asked for a refund and didn’t receive it. After a long wait in the cold in New York a driver finally came and didn’t speak English They also didn’t have my name on the card like they said they would so I didn’t know if it was my driver

1.00If you don’t read the fine print they will take your money and not reply to you. I arrived and did not arrange 12 hours before like I was supposed dispute them sending me a ticket and letting them know in the initial the pick up arrangements but apparently I was supposed to call them as well but it was buried in the fine print and therefore I never received service

1.00Rude, abusive driver, did not use flight info to meet us, blamed us for delayed pick up confusion, verbally accosted me at airport, then demanded a tip at end point after a terrible ride. We had traveled for 12 hours from Rome, this was the last thing we needed. BTW going into Rome the driver met us at the terminal, had used the flight arrival info appropriately. Service in the US sucks compared to Europe.

1.00This was the absolute WORST car service experience. The driver was giving the wrong address by the 3rd party and me and my family paid the price. The driver pulled over and told us to get out or pay extra money. This will be 11:00pm in New York.

3.00The driver and ride were both perfect. However, communication with the main office (phone #866-666-6666) was very annoying. After reserving the ride online, confirming it several times via email and repeated text messages from the company (Viator or CarmelLimo? Not sure!), I still had to phone the number given above after I claimed my luggage at airport baggage pickup. The person I spoke with asked me the same numerous questions about my reservation that I had already communicated several times to the company I booked with. Additionally, the person on the phone spoke very fast and had a non-English accent, which made her very hard to hear and understand - had to ask her repeatedly to repeat her questions. Not worth the trouble - will not book with them again.
