  WORSE ride ever. The driver jerked the car from JFK into Brooklyn for over 45 minutes and made us nauseous! He got out and asked how we wanted to pay even though we already paid Viator.

  Lovely driver, clean car and dropped right to our door.. the driver was exactly where he’d say he’d be and I thought the journey was great value.

  The driver and ride were both perfect. However, communication with the main office (phone #866-666-6666) was very annoying. After reserving the ride online, confirming it several times via email and repeated text messages from the company (Viator or CarmelLimo? Not sure!), I still had to phone the number given above after I claimed my luggage at airport baggage pickup. The person I spoke with asked me the same numerous questions about my reservation that I had already communicated several times to the company I booked with. Additionally, the person on the phone spoke very fast and had a non-English accent, which made her very hard to hear and understand - had to ask her repeatedly to repeat her questions. Not worth the trouble - will not book with them again.

  The booking process was easy. Upon my arrival there was confusion about where the driver would pick me up. I attempted to contact the company via Viator with zero success, I tried to call, then finally someone who worked for the airport said this happens often and to use a Courtesy phone that was located in the terminal. All this took about 20 minutes and the driver arrived 7 minutes later. Once the driver arrived, I noticed that the car was an old hatchback looking car but it was clean. The driver got out after I put my own carrying on in the truck. He didn’t assist me with my bag at the airport or the hotel. We had a pleasant conversation, but he got lost, and we kept going in circles until I finally turned on my GPS and guided him to the hotel. With the loss of time, paying the car toll in cash, cost of the ride, and the overall experience I think I’ll just use rideshare from here on out.

  A terrible terrible experience. I arrived at JFK airport and called the car service and they told me that I needed not get a shuttle bus to the area where Uber/lyft was. I was travelling with my elderly mother and 11 month year old daughter which is why I specifically had booked a meet and greet service. After explaining this to the dispatcher, I was then told that I needed to meet the driver at specific pick up point. I went to the area and despite 3 calls, I waited for 2.5 hours for a car to finally come. At one point I was speaking to a driver who couldn't speak any English. Finally a car arrived and the driver was very nice but at that point my daughter was greatly distressed and my elderly mother fatigued. No apologies were made and I feel horribly let down by the quite frankly terrible service. I would not recommend it at all.
