What To Expect
Your professional driver will meet you in the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name. Driver will assist you with your luggage, settle you into your seat and let you sit back and relax during your private drive to your hotel or cruise ship terminal. For a group of one to three people you will be transferred by a sedan. For groups starting from four and up, you will be serviced by minivan. You don't need to be concerned if your flight is running late. Our Operations Team will monitor flight arrival time and dispatch your driver accordingly. Please provide us with your mobile phone number in order to contact you if the driver can't find you at the expected pickup time.

Disappointing experience

3.00Driver was not in the terminal to meet us. He sent us texts with directions where to meet him outside. Fortunately we had a trolley for our baggage. It was a long walk and unclear where we were headed. This was not what we expected. I do not recommend Viator for this transportation.
Lousy service for a airport transport service

1.00This is the worst car service I have ever experienced. Our flight was cancelled after we were sitting on the runway for 2 hours. We contacted the pickup service but were unable to get a hold of them due to time difference ( we originated from US with plan landing at Sydney). When they finally called us back, they said that we would be charged a full price anyway and we will be charged full price again if we want to rebook the same pickup 24 hours later. I would never book a pickup car service from the airport with this company ever again and would recommend the same to everyone. Booking with them, you will lose your money if your airline is delayed !!

5.00We were asked to pay an addition payment due to our pickup time was considered after their normal hours. Our flight was arriving at 7:45 pm. At the time I was disappointed of the additional charge but it was too late to cancel and make different arrangement. Our flight was 2 hours delayed and we were able to communicated with the driver via WhatsApp. The driver showed up when we arrived. We had a little difficulty finding the car and driver at the airport. Once we were able to find the driver he was quick to help with the luggage’s and got us to our hotel . The car was large to accommodate all of our luggage and it was clean.
