What To Expect
Your professional driver will meet you in the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name. Driver will assist you with your luggage, settle you into your seat and let you sit back and relax during your private drive to your hotel or cruise ship terminal. For a group of one to three people you will be transferred by a sedan. For groups starting from four and up, you will be serviced by minivan. You don't need to be concerned if your flight is running late. Our Operations Team will monitor flight arrival time and dispatch your driver accordingly. Please provide us with your mobile phone number in order to contact you if the driver can't find you at the expected pickup time.

5.00Ilya was on time and waited for our delayed plane. He loaded all our bags and would not let me help. Very nice. He also helped with our stroller. I then left very expensive sunglasses in the car. I called, and he happily returned them 2 hours later. I tipped him well as we all should.

1.00Terrible they would not refund me. Very disappointing because within my stay between Australia and New Zealand we had booked about 10 tours with them all of them was good. But for some reason I’m not sure what happened I had put the hotel to be dropped off in Queens Town hotel in Auckland. I called when we were in Sydney cause it was strange I didn’t get any text or notification. They said it said Sydney airport pickup not Queenstown New Zealand. I tried to switch it over to queens town but they couldn’t. Which was sad if they looked it had an Auckland hotel. Anyways they said thank you for letting them know so they didn’t have to pick anyone up. They could have refunded us but they didn’t. Honestly I think we should have been refunded Cause the hotel was there and it said New Zealand and we called to switch but no driver Available. We took a taxi. Over all though Viator is a good company to book tours.

3.00We were not expecting to have to drag our luggage the full length of the terminal to meet the driver and van at the curb. I must have missed the part in the description that we were not to be met in the arrival hall. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver unloaded into the hotel driveway versus onto the curb until we could get a bellman.we had to move them ourselves.

5.00The service was perfect. We changed our flights at the last minute and neglected to inform our service. Upon arrival in Sydney I messaged them and became aware of my mistake. Despite the "whoops" there was a van there within 15 minutes that took us right to our hotel. The driver was fantastic and gave us a great tour on the way. After a 17 hour flight this was a zero stress moment and we appreciated it. It's ready to tell others that this was a winner!
