Our driver was 20 minutes late to the hotel and when we called to ask when he'd be coming, we were told it showed that we were already picked up. We waited outside way before our arranged pick up time, no shuttle had come during that time. For some reason all the passengers at other pick ups were done before us.

George was waiting for us, and we got to our transportation easily. He pointed out areas as we progressed to the Crowne Plaza in the downtown area. He left us in an alley that bordered the hotel saying he could not park in front of the hotel. We are in our late 70s and our friends both will be 80 on their next birthdays. One of them has Parkinsons. We were going on a cruise, so we had a lot of luggage. We had 3 large suitcases, a backpack, 3 carry-on size items, a walker and 2 purses. We had an uphill trek to get to the lobby. On the way up our friend did a face plant and broke her nose in two places, hit her head and shoulder. She was taken to the hospital. In looking into the notion that people checking into the Crowne Plaza could not park in front of the hotel, we found that to not be the case. As we were waiting for the ambulance we watched taxis, private cars, UBERs and of course finally the ambulance park pull up, get our, unload and depart. There is indeed a load and unload zone for the hotel. I gave this review 3 stars because other than leaving a bunch of old people on the street with a large amount of luggage, he did a great job and obviously just had a misunderstanding. I urge Viator to call the Crowne Plaza and speak to them so that they may verify what I am saying and also communicate this fact to the rest of their drivers.

After a 15 hour flight it was so great to have a car service waiting for us. Shuttle service was in constant contact with us. Our driver had to wait over an hour for us to clear customs and baggage. On our ride to our hotel, our driver was so full of information, answered questions about Sydney. Wish I would of remembered his name, such a nice man. Highly recommend this company

Upon arriving at Sydney airport, we had to call vendor to find out where to be picked up. We were directed to go outside where a car was waiting. But, it was the wrong info and driver! But it was quickly corrected and the driver was great and we arrived at our hotel safely.
