5.00Tom was fantastic. Communicative before hand, very willing to tailor and adjust based on your needs/desires. Highly recommend him. Gave good insights on Mt Eden and plenty of private time to enjoy the black sands at Black Sands Beach. Waterfalls were also beautiful. He accommodated a detour on the way back to a bakery (Levain in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland) so we could try their award winning meat pies. Highly recommend!

5.00We had an excellent experience with Tom on our Auckland tour yesterday. Despite foggy, rainy weather, he made the day smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. He arrived 15 minutes early, so everything started seamlessly. When the road to Karekare Falls was blocked, Tom went the extra mile—literally—taking a longer route so we wouldn’t miss it. We also had plenty of time to explore the black sand beach, take photos, and enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Tom truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend—you will not be disappointed!

5.00What a wonderful experience being chauffeured around to all of the very best sites that Auckland had to offer. Tom was very knowledgeable about each of the location, knew exactly how to find the extra special parking spots save no us a lot of unnecessary time spent walking so that we could spend more time enjoying the views. Tom was courteous, prompt, and a pleasure to spend the afternoon with. You would be lucky to get him as your tour guide for your special day !

5.00Tom was fabulous and so was the excursion. He picked us up promptly from our hotel. Along the way to our destinations, Tom shared his knowledge about the history and curent happenings about the places we were going to see. My husband has some mobility challenges; Tom walked with him wherever we went and made sure he safely made it to the sites. We could not ask for a better guide. It was a great finale to our wonderful Auckland visit. Thank you, Tom!!

5.00We had a wonderful day touring the West Coast with Tom. He had great communication before we met up for the tour and was extremely easy to work with. He picked us up in his very clean and comfy car, even providing some water and snacks. Tom customized the tour to fit in what we wanted to see, and he shared a lot of great info about New Zealand with us. The views were breathtaking and you see so much of the beautiful West Coast of the island. I highly recommend this tour!
