Your crew will experience a one of a kind private treasure hunt that allows you to explore and experience the beautiful Virgin Islands while experiencing state of the art augmented reality technology! We take the best of escape room attractions, such as solving clues to progress as a team, but rather than being stuck in one room a Tropical Treasure Hunt allows your crew a 2.5 to 3 hour adventure at popular spots on the island. High quality virtual and physical clues will lead you to each piece of the map with the help of an adventure pack containing tools to solve puzzles. Once you find each piece of the map you can piece them together to lead you to a buried treasure chest at one of the gorgeous beaches on St. Thomas. This is a can't miss for all ages! 5.00Anthony & his team was great!! My boys had an Amazing time unraveling the clues. The excursion was well organized and fun-filled. I highly recommend the pirate as well. Loved ending the Adventure at Sapphire Beach.

5.00This was a fantastic experience for 3 kids ages 3-9. They stayed engaged the entire time and the activities were quite creative. Really recommend this highly for anyone looking to kill some time with their family in a unique and creative way.

5.00We really enjoyed the experience as a family! Anthony provides interesting information about the history of pirates at the beginning of the experience, then we were off! The location of the treasure was itself a gem!

5.00Amazing customer service. The owner even dropped off items we left at our hotel at 10pm so we didn't have to come back to town. Great time for my family, including 19 yr old kids!

5.00Our tour guide was great and helpful. We had a small group of 3 and had a blast. We got to see some cool places along the way that we would've never seen if we hadn't done this trip. Fun time on a beautiful island! Would highly recommend for a great challenge

5.00My family (myself, wife, and three kids ages 14, 11, and 8) did the Pirate Augmented Reality Treasure Hunt during our cruise stop in St Thomas in February of 2023 and we had a wonderful time. I was impressed by the quality of the equipment and other material we used as part of the experience and was nice to get to see different parts of the island. The quest elements were unique and a little challenging but not overly so - good level for vacation! Our tour guide Jess was super personable and friendly and gave a lot of information about the island and overall did a great job. For a family/group looking for something a little different I think this is an excellent option!
Finding treasure is a great way to spend time in St. Thomas!

5.00After searching for things to do during our two month stay in St. Thomas, my husband and I were ecstatic to find this activity! Tropical Treasure Hunt Company provided an amazing way to spend 1/2 a day in St. Thomas. We booked online in advance - selecting the Magic Portal Treasure Hunt - and completed our paperwork prior to arrival. Jess greeted us enthusiastically at the starting point and explained what to expect during this 3 hr adventure. She tested our aptitude on problem solving before releasing us into the town to find our clues. Jess provide support if we needed it. Upon finding all the necessary clues using a bag of "ancient tools/artifacts" and IPad, we contacted Jess via walkie talkie for our ride to a secret location to hunt for our treasure. Jess engaged us in friendly conversation as we were transported to the location to find our treasure. Once at the last location, we solved our last clue which led us to an exciting dig and discovery! Jess met us to capture the discovery with photos. We then headed to the bar area for a local libation and enjoyed the feeling of accomplishment. What a fantastic way to spend part of the day! We highly recommend this adventure for families and can't wait to visit again with our grown adult children to experience this as a family. A special shout out to Jess - she is wonderful! PS. as a "pump up" before adventure day, we recommend watching the movie "Unchartered" the night before.
