English-speaking driver is not guaranteed. You may have a Chinese speaking driver who knows exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off. Guest can use the driver's cell phone to call the local tour operator for information during the ride

What To Expect

A representative will meet you in your hotel lobby, holding a sign displaying your name. You will be escorted to your private vehicle and driven in comfort to the railway station You will travel in either an air-conditioned sedan (for 1 to 2 people) or an air-conditioned minivan (for 3 to 9 people) or an air-conditioned minibus(10-15 people) An English-speaking driver can't be guaranteed. Due to their availability, you may have a Chinese speaking driver, but they know exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off. Guest can use their phone to call the translator if need during the ride.

Our driver was prompt and even had the front desk call us to let us know he arrived early to leave extra time due to rain. Once at train station he went and got our train tickets and pointed which way to go to get to waiting room.

Arrived on time to hotel, easy pick up and drop off. Was nice to not have to worry about finding our own transportation. Also nice to have this prepaid in advance.
