Private boat tour in the Tigullio and in the Portofino area

Overview

Mobile ticket

We will sail along the coast to discover the beauty of a landscape shaped by nature and the work of man.

We will sail slowly to relax and I will show you the most interesting areas, their curiosities and the best spots for a refreshing swim.

We will visit the bay of Portofino with its wonderful views and you will be able to admire the characteristic village from the sea. Upon request, here you can get off for a short walk between the piers or to go shopping.

Then we will pass the tip of the promontory on which stands the lighthouse that delimits the gulf and we will continue in the marine protected area up to the bay of San Fruttuoso. Here we will stop for a swim and to see with masks the Christ of the Abyss (a statue placed on the bottom of the sea), you will admire the magical bay and the abbey of San Fruttuoso from the sea.

We had a wonderful afternoon on the water with this excursion. Emanuele was such a great host and captain - I would highly recommend this trip for families or a group of friends. The boat was comfortable and cruising was very calm. We enjoyed disembarking in Portofino to tour the shops around the harbor and the view from the church up above. Then we spent time swimming in a nearby bay as well as outside of the protected harbor near the Christ of the Abyss statue. We could see the statue snorkeling - just wish we had brought a waterproof camera bag to take pics. But again Emanuele was a great host, offering wine, beers, snacks and focaccia. He was on time for pick up and gave a great tour. We learned a ton about local history and the rich and famous that reside there. This ride was a highlight of our trip. Thanks!

Highly recommended! Emanuele provided a great experience. Before the trip he connected with us and provided all the detailed information about where to meet etc. He even gave us guidance on where to park. On board, he had arranged for wine, beer, water and focaccia and pizza as well. During the tour, he explained all the points of interest and shared the history of the many landmarks. It was unrushed and a very relaxing experience out on the water. We would highly recommend a trip with him!

We enjoyed every moment of our tour with Emanuele. One of the nicest things was that I had requested gluten free snacks for my great-niece. I didn't see an answer before the trip, but was delighted to find that he had received the request and provided several types of snacks for her. The wine he brought wa delightful- in fact later on in the trip, we purchased two bottles of it locally. The scenery was beautiful on our journey, and I wouldn't hesitate to book another tour with Emanuele in the future.

I could not recommend this boat tour enough! Emanuele was the best host/tour guide. He gave us snacks, beer, wine, water, and the tastiest fresh focaccia from a local bakery. He was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us the history and fun facts about everywhere we passed. He let us take our time swimming and stopped multiple times for us to enjoy the beautiful water and take photos of us. This was definitely the highlight of our trip so far!
