1.00Merchant was not at meeting place we tried to contact him and he told us skipper was at another meeting place after sending me the address it was the same place we were told to be at This company is a scam and I will never use them again I want a full refund it was a complete waste of timer

5.00Max was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He picked us up at our desired location, provided a lovely cruise and delicious prosecco. The boat was well appointed and comfortable.

1.00The boat never showed up. I called TripAdvisor at 12:15 (the boat was supposed to pick us up at noon), and they said I had to wait until 12:25 before they would start the refund process. I couldn't wait on hold - I had to call the company again in 10 minutes, with all the rigamarole of getting through to an agent again. Tripadvisor should screen their contractors better and start the refund process 15 minutes after the start time, rather than making the customer waste more of their time waiting for a tour that was never going to arrive. And I found out I'm not guaranteed a refund - first they have to contact the contractor, who was not answering their phone on our tour day. And no perk to compensate me for my wasted time. VERY disappointed, not booking with Tripadvisor again.
