5.00Exceptional. I cannot say enough about what a delightful tour this was, and how amazing Claudio was as our guide. He is responsive, flexible, and accommodating - pivoting to our interests and needs. More than that, he was kind and warm - like we were being guided by a family member. His wealth of knowledge and fun facts allowed us to explore many hidden gems and main historical sites. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
