1.00⭐ 0/5 I am genuinely shocked and disappointed by the way this company conducts business. For almost a year, they have owed us money for services that were delivered in full and on time. During this entire period, we have been met with nothing but excuses, delays, and endless promises that payment is “coming soon.” Unfortunately, those promises have never been fulfilled. As a business, we have always honored our commitments and treated our partners with respect. That is why it is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way. Instead of taking responsibility and settling their obligations, they continue to avoid the issue while expecting others to remain patient indefinitely. Another concerning aspect is that they do not appear to operate their own coaches, buses, or minivans, relying instead on services outsourced from other companies. Given our experience, this raises serious questions about the way they conduct their business and manage their commitments. After nearly a year of waiting for payment that should have been made long ago, it is difficult to view this as anything other than a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward their business partners. If you are considering working with this company, whether as a customer, supplier, or partner, I strongly encourage you to be extremely cautious. Our experience has been stressful, frustrating, and financially damaging. We deeply regret placing our trust in this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them.

1.00If there was an option to give 0 points i would! Please please please do not work with them. They canceled 4 tours a week before they were suppose to happen, leaving me absolutely stranded trying to find an alternative. We had a signed and paid contract. Company Claims that after speaking to the driver the would have to upcharge me 1500€ or cancel my reservation. After remembering them that we have a valid contract they straight up canceled my confirmed booking. Absolutly unprofessional behaviour. I have a feeling that they didn’t book my driver/ tour up until yesterday realising that it was gonna be more expensive than what they had quoted me. Even admitting that they cannot eat the price difference and admitting that they made a mistake. I’m absolutly shocked my that behavior and I hope that no one else will be put in the same situation again. I’m left trying to find transportation for 30 people. Thanks for nothing.
