What To Expect
Haedong Yonggungsa is a breathtaking temple located on the coast of Busan, making it one of the most unique temples in South Korea. Founded in 1376, this temple stands out from others that are typically nestled in the mountains, as it is situated right by the sea, offering a completely different atmosphere. The temple's name, which translates to "East Sea Dragon Palace Temple," is rooted in a legend that a dragon ascended from the sea to bring divine energy to the area. One of the temple's most captivating features is the harmonious blend of the temple's architecture with the stunning coastal scenery. To reach the temple, visitors must descend 108 steps, and as they do, they are greeted by a breathtaking view of the sea. Haedong Yonggungsa is especially famous as a prime spot to watch the sunrise, with many visitors arriving early in the morning to witness the spectacular scene of the sun rising over the East Sea, casting its golden light over the temple.
Haeundae Blue Line Park
You have three options in the Cheongsapo area: 1.Blueline Sky Capsule A small private capsule ride above the coastline, offering beautiful panoramic ocean views along one of Busan’s most scenic routes. 2.Blueline Beach Train A relaxed coastal train journey from Songjeong to Mipo, passing Cheongsapo with approximately 30 minutes of stunning seaside scenery. 3.Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory A glass-floored skywalk extending over the ocean, where you can enjoy dramatic coastal views, waves beneath your feet, and one of Busan’s most photogenic seaside spots. For options 1 and 2, we can also make the reservation on your behalf, so please let us know if you would like us to arrange it. If we do not receive your request or tickets are sold out, the tour will proceed with a visit to Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory instead.

5.00Busan is so cute about its obsession with the Little Prince, with art and sculptures everywhere! We enjoyed the city despite lots of rain, which hid some of the views. Kang was a delightful guide, with a very comfortable car. He was very pleased to take us on our tour and knowledgeable about history that interested us. We also liked the restaurant he recommended for lunch.

5.00Have just returned from our morning tour of Busan with Suki. Pick up from our cruise ship was seamless and punctual. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Suki was informative, never rushed us and her English is excellent. I had great communication with this company and nothing was too much trouble to arrange through them - very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great morning.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with our Ha, our tour guide in Busan. He was consistently kind, respectful, and very professional throughout the entire tour. What stood out most was how knowledgeable he was about Busan’s culture and history. He explained things clearly and made each stop more meaningful, not just a place to visit but something to understand. At the same time, he showed genuine curiosity about us and our home country, which made the experience feel more personal and sincere. That kind of exchange made the tour feel less like a service and more like a shared experience. He also brought us to several popular and interesting spots around Busan, all well chosen and paced comfortably. One highlight was the traditional Korean restaurant he took us to. The food was authentic, hearty, and truly satisfying. It felt like a real local experience. Most importantly, my daughter and I felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely happy throughout the day. We had a lot of fun while still being able to enjoy the trip at a comfortable pace. It was a memorable experience, and we are very grateful for Ha for the time we spent together.

5.00Jake is one of the best guides we have experienced over the years--so gifted in the way he presents the history and the background of what we are seeing plus bringing the topic to life with telling about the people and the times. He encourages feedback while keeping us on schedule with all the places we want to experience on our tour with him. He is an excellent driver, speaks fluent and understandable English and being a local from Busan with a well travelled life, offers so much to his participants. My husband and I learned so much from with our most enjoyable eight hours with Jake.
