5.00We stayed at Novotel Ubud Resort , a brand new resort . We were very please with a great room thru' upgrading ( but we actually booked a room with forest view which we preferred ). Reception staff Cindy was very helpful & polite . She fixed a good driver for us named Agus who actually stayed in the neighborhood. Agus was knowledgeable ,professional and also spoke good English . We hired him for 6 hrs touring Kintamani and took in the wonderful sights of Mt Batur/Mt Agung ! We also visited a beautiful Coffee plantation then to do some shopping at Ubud Centre . Yes the hotel a la carte breakfast was very well prepared and supervised by F & B Manager from Sumantra ( forgot his name) . The pool with enchanting forest view was mesmerizing !!!

5.00Great day for our last day in Bali, we checked out of our hotel and visited Monkey Forest, Ubud rice terraces, temples and waterfall before being dropped back at airport. Driver was local, knowledgeable and supported us during activities. Would book again

5.00I got the ten hour private tour with English speaker and requested pick up from our Airbnb in Ubud to drop off at our hotel in Nusa Dua with stops along the way. Putu was our driver and had great suggestions to fill in the gaps of we didn't see yet. Beautiful waterfalls with no crowds (we started at 7am) and we went all the way to Uluwatu temple. One thing I wish the tour company would do is contact us earlier to confirm details. I was getting anxiety and sent a message to the company to confirm my pick up and travel plans at 5pm the day before since I had not heard from anyone and just received "ok" as the response.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour! Putu was our driver and he made the day unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, funny, and very friendly! He was right on time for our 5AM pick up, took us everywhere we wanted to go, and even kindly extended our tour for extra time when we asked to finish our planned itinerary. He took amazing photos of us too and recommended a delicious spot for lunch. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone hoping to explore Bali on their own schedule and will absolutely be booking Putu again when I return to Bali one day!

2.00Our first vehicle had the air conditioner fail and we had to stop and add water as coolant. We continued on and then the vehicle overheated and we got stuck on the side of the road. We had another driver come pick us up. Air conditioner still wasn't great. There was no offer to extend all of our lost time. The drivers themselves were great however but unfortunately the overall experience was not good.
