1.00We booked a tour for Benoa via Trip Advisor / Viator - the tour was a haf day with Rio Bali Tours. The tour was confirmed and paid for in advance . On arrival in Benoa, Our tour was nowehere to be seen - it was due to start at 10am. The very helpful local taxi drivers were able to assist us and we received a message that the driver was running late and was due at 1020. At 1030 we received a further message saying he was havjng car trouble and would not be attending - therefore no tour. We did get out in a local taxi, with an arrangement that Rio Bali tours would pay, but the driver was obviously not aware of our itinerary, spoke very little English and it was a bit of a disaster - we cut it short and returned to our cruise, flat and deflated. We did contact Viator, who quickly apologised and refunded our money, but we had been hoping for a lovely experience and were badly let down by Rio Bali Tours, and I would never book with them again, should I return to Bali

5.00Driver Dika was friendly and brought us safely to all the different places such as Swing Heaven, coffee plantation, Tegenungan Waterfall, Batuan Temple, Monkey forest. He also accompanied me all the way down the treacherous steps to the waterfall and assisted me to take pictures there then checked if I needed to rest before making out way back up again. He was caring. I recommend him.
