The car transfer service is only available within the Ring Road of Kathmandu. If your hotel is out of Ring Road, an extra fee may be charged. Similarly, if your arrival is after 9 pm, an extra fee will be charged, and you must pay in cash.
Child seat or baby capsules are not provided.

What To Expect
The Tribhuvan International Airport is about 6-7 km from the tourist hub Thamel where several tourists would like to go shopping, eat and spend overnights. You should be given a visa and customs form from your airlines; completing these in advance will give you a big advantage in immigration to complete your visa formalities. Then, collect your baggage and make your way to the Arrival Terminal hall; exit the gate, and you will see your persistent driver standing with a sign of your name as you exit the main terminal hall of the airport. Your driver/guide from Nepal Hiking Pvt. Ltd. will greet you and assist with your baggage, and you will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. The transfer service is available 24 hours a day. Note: If you need transfer service after 9 pm, USD 10 will be extra, which you must pay in cash on arrival.

5.00I was thoroughly impressed with the service from Nepal Hiking Pvt Ltd - Bhairam and his team were organised, easy to communicate with and everything that was promised was delivered. Arriving in an airport as a solo traveler can be daunting and so I am very glad that I booked my car transfer and hotel stays through this company. Bhairam met me at the airport, he was there waiting at each airport transfer. The cars were very comfortable and the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend Bhairam and his team from Nepal Hiking Pvt Ltd, I would have no hesitation booking with them again!

5.00This was such a good way to start my trip to Kathmandu. I was worried on how to get to my hotel from the airport so decided to try and book this. Things take time at the airport in Kathmandu; and my phone didn’t work, so I thought they might had left when I got outside because of the time. But as soon as I walked out of the airport they were standing there with a note with my name on it. Drive was good, and the two men who brought me to my hotel was super nice and friendly! Made for a perfect start of my trip :) I am more cautious of everything I do as I’m traveling alone; but for other solo travelers this is a really good way to get safe and sound from A to B!
