Asahiyama Zoo
It is the northernmost zoo in Japan in Asahikawa, Hokkaido.The biggest attraction of this park is the "behavior display" where visitors can observe the natural behavior and abilities of animals up close, and popular attractions include seals swimming in cylindrical tanks, polar bears walking overhead, and the popular winter event "Penguin Walk".Because you can enjoy different expressions throughout the four seasons.
Blue Pond
It is a fantastic scenic spot in Biei, and is known for its vivid blue water surface.This pond was accidentally created by the volcanic mudflow control work at Tokachidake, and the standing withers of larch and birch standing in the water create a mysterious landscape.The dark blue color varies depending on the weather, season, and time of day, and the autumn colors and winter illumination are also popular.
Shirahige Falls
This waterfall is about 30m high in Shirokane Onsen in Biei Town.The name comes from the fact that groundwater flows down through cracks in the rock surface in a series of thin streams that look like white beards.The waterfall flows into the beautiful cobalt-blue Biei River, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the four seasons.It is close to the Blue Pond and is a standard sightseeing spot for groups of people.
Ningle Terrace
This is a log house style shopping area in the forest of Furano City.Small shops selling craft works by Hokkaido artists such as woodworking, glasswork, and leather goods are dotted about, and you can enjoy the atmosphere like a world of fairy tales.Especially in winter, it is popular for its snowy scenery and fantastic scenery, and is also known as a photogenic spot.

5.00Got to see some pretty spectacular sights on a snowy day - a zoo covered in snow, a waterfall, lake and artisans at work. Tomi our guide and driver did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable and beautifully navigated the snowy roads and road closures.

4.00The zoo was fun. The penguins' march was very cute! The other animals were nice also. Blue pond had a wonderful view of the mountains but we couldn't see the pond, covered with snow and ice. We had a beautifully clear weather day!! Shirahige falls up the road was amazing. The river's water was blue so that made up a little for the blue pond. Frozen parts of the falls added to the beauty. Ningle Terrace was a waste of time. Too crowded and many stores were closed. Our driver, Tominaga-san, was the best!!! Answered all the questions I had and drove very safely and efficiently in the snow and ice. So driver rates 5 stars and tour sites 3 stars.
Great experience, must go on this tour to hit all the spots that are hard to get to.

5.00The company was very helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking; moreover, seeing that we spoke English, they paired us with an English-speaking driver. Our driver, Andrew, was the best. He was attentive and patient; his customer service skills are A++. He was great at communicating arrival times throughout the day, being an entertaining encyclopedia of fun facts, and providing tips on both local and external destinations. When we accidentally left some stuff in the car, he was kind enough to drop it off at our hotel the next day. The company also has taxi services if you need it! They deserve good business.

5.00Very good service. Drivers are friendly, professional and extremely punctual. The pick up at the hotel is earlier than planned and the drivers waited for us patiently. I initially did not dare to book as there is not much reviews, but after using them, they are a trusted company. You can customise your itinerary with the company.

5.00Our driver Tommy was very punctual (always on time) and polite. He also has a great sense of humor. Whilst not a travel guide, he was able to provide a lot of useful information about the places we were visiting. We felt very safe with him at the wheels as he is a sensible driver with good road safety awareness. We were driving through icy roads and the snow covered countryside around Asahikawa. We would love to have Tommy again as our private driver for future trips around Sapporo.
