We did a private cooking class and wine tasting with Saul on January 1st, 2026. It was a highlight of our trip to South America. There were just 2 couples and it was perfect! The format of the class was intimate and so enjoyable. The conversation personable, and we learned such interesting tidbits about South American food and culture. Saul shared a special bottle of wine (or two!) with us and the food was fantastic! We will look forward to sharing these recipes with family back in the USA. This was a true Argentinian gem and so glad we shared this time with Saul in Buenos Aires. Highly recommend!

Chef Saul is an affable & patient teacher. He accommodated me by getting kosher meat for my lesson, which means he is a caring & generous person. I highly recommend you take a cooking class with him when visiting Buenos Aires. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great time in Saul’s cooking class. We learned to make empanadas, chimichurri beef, and a dulce de leche dessert - all of which were very tasty. The empanadas were the best we tasted in Argentina. The meal was also accompanied by some lovely Argentine wines. Saul also sent us the recipes so we can recreate the dishes at home. We can’t wait to make the empanadas again. We would highly recommended this experience.

Our evening with Saul was an absolute highlight of our time in Argentina. From the moment we stepped into his welcoming space, we felt like we were being hosted by an old friend—one with a deep love for food, wine, and genuine connection. We shared the experience with another lovely couple we hadn’t met before, and together, under Saul’s warm guidance, we prepared a beautiful meal that was both authentic and approachable. We made traditional empanadas, seasoned and cooked a ribeye-style steak to perfection, crafted a rich and flavorful chimichurri, and roasted potatoes that were simple yet unforgettable. The homemade dessert—a gelato featuring dulce de leche—was divine, and Saul even went out of his way to create a special cake without alcohol for our 13-year-old son. The food alone would have been enough to earn five stars, but what made the night so special was Saul himself. His passion for Argentine cuisine, his storytelling, and his thoughtfulness (especially in choosing two exceptional wines—one from a boutique winery and the other from a high-end producer) created an experience that was deeply personal and truly memorable. We left feeling full, inspired, and incredibly grateful—not just for the food and wine, but for the conversation and warmth we shared around the table. Saul, thank you for making our evening so meaningful. We will be recommending your experience to everyone we know visiting Buenos Aires!

Myself, my wife and two teenaged daughters (16,17) spent a terrific evening with Saul learning a few basic but delicious Argentinian dishes. We all felt very comfortable from the very start and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

I met Saul in 2016. After several years, we contacted him to perform the Yami Bachelorette party along with 9 friends. The experience could not be better, Saul thought about all the details and proposed a menu that we could not refuse. He let us decorate with balloons and the result was phenomenal. We cooked, learned and ate a mince, fettucini al pesto, three-cheese ravioli with a caramelized tomato sauce and an iced shot of dulce de leche! All exquisite and super easy to cook with all Saul's tricks. Thank you very much for a unique night

We had an amazing end to our three weeks trip in Argentina with Saul. From the warm welcome to the last toast and everything in between, this cooking class is a must. Saul was fun, intelligent and managed to keep us all focused on the task at hand. Recipes were easy to follow, focused on the local typical Argentinian cuisine and the food we made was incredibly. We laughed, we learned, we ate and we drank- Highly recommend.
