5.00Upon our arrival, Stefania greeted us with the warmest welcome. She took care in explaining not only how a dish was made, but the significance, flavor profiles, and even some of chemical reactions resulting in specific tastes. Her culinary expertise and sincere care for both people and food shined. With Stefania’s support and clear instructions, we prepared fried pizza, eggplant Parmesan, gnocchis, and tiramisu — you will not leave with an empty stomach! Everything was well-organized and thoughtfully planned, making the experience that much more fun. Her husband, Marcello, joined us for dinner, his wine expertise complementing our food. There was never a dull moment, as we walked in as strangers but left as friends. Your visit to Pescara will not feel complete without an exquisite cooling experience and class with Stefania!

5.00Stefania is an excellent teacher, cook, and host. She is truly passionate about the art of cooking, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the cooking process. The highlight of the evening was the magnificent meal which included a beautiful setting and wonderful conversation. It was a night my family and I will never forget.

5.00We were warmly greeted by our hostess and partner at their home. Luisa doesn't speak much English and our Italian is minimal so we were happy that Viatour arranged for a friend of Luisa's to attend and act as sort of a translator. We got the chance to make 3 different dishes from scratch and were awed by Luisa's expertise in making the various doughs. When all was done, we sat down for a friendly meal trying our creations, and sampling the host's homemade wine and Amaro. A lovely evening with generous and friendly hosts.
