1.00Scheduled the pickup on the port, we were outside waiting for the van to arrive, no communication from the company, after 40 minutes of the pickup time, staying at the sun waiting for the van to arrive, we manage to contact the operator, just to tell us he was not going to be able to pick us up. Some internal problems.
Loved private tours. Got to see a lot and didn’t waste any time.

5.00Malcolm was friendly and accommodating. He replaced Eman because Eman’s car broke down at the first stop by the Fisherman’s wharf.. He was very informative and gave us highlights and history of the sites. We all liked him. Malcolm is a good driver and very courteous.

5.00A small problem with the website whereby it was difficult to specify we wanted a hotel pick up - the dropdown options were for cruise port locations! However a phone call sorted this although our ticket still said pick up point not specified. Anyway text messages appeared a couple of days before our trip and no issues. Andy, our driver was terrific and took us where we wanted, when we wanted just as we'd hoped. No hesitation in recommending

1.00Booked this tour almost 6 months in advance. 20 minutes prior to the start of the tour, I realized they should have reached out to me by now. So I called them. The guy had no idea I had a tour booked with them. Once I told him my reservation number, hotel to be picked up, and the type of tour, he told me he would send someone to pick me up in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later, I get an email that the tour operator canceled the tour. I tried calling the tour operator and leaving voicemails and got no response. I even messaged them through trip advisor and got no response. We only have 3 days in Malta, now we are scrambling to find other plans which come at a premium since we have to book same day now. Awful experience, do not use this company. Literally cancelled on us 1 minute before our tour was supposed to start with no explanation. I would rate zero stars if I could.

5.00Our driver met us right outside the cruise terminal. He showed us the gorgeous island, including a stop at the Blue Grotto and helped us when we realized it was cash only to take the boat ride. The walled city Medina was amazing. We will definitely return.

5.00Vendor was easy to work with and very responsive. We had six family members and did a last minute booking, Shawn handled it wonderfully. Van was comfortable and clean. Our driver Andy took us everywhere in Santorini. We saw amazing sites and had a wonderful lunch that Andy recommended. Great experience and great value!

5.00We had a fantastic tour of Malta with our driver, Warren! Every location he drove us to was wonderful! To be honest, we weren’t very prepared with what we wanted to see, so we were incredibly thankful for his knowledge and ability to drive us to the best places. He was incredibly kind and we appreciated all the communication leading up to our pickup. He even accommodated our singular request to stop at store for an item we were searching for. We would highly recommend this tour!

5.00Our driver Sara was great! She was able to bring us to all the attractions we wanted to go, and she allow us time to explore. At the very end of the trip, she urged us to visit the Rotunda of Mosta although there wasn't much time left, and we were so grateful we took her advice! I highly recommend this if you are visiting Malta.
