  The company provided me and my family with excellent services. They customized our trips to James Bond, phi phi island, and Krabi. We were assigned to Nurse as our tour guide. She was very professional, fun, knowledgeable about the islands, she made sure we arrived on time to each island.

  10/10. My girlfriend and I were looking for a private charter to phi phi islands and struck gold with this one. We wanted to go as far from tourists as possible and the captain tailored our trip to us (often other tour companies will just do the same trip back and forth, and not customise anything for cost/legal reasons). The price is very affordable (18k vs 30+k for other charters). The boat is fast, meaning that you can travel distance quickly to nice places (unlike a catamaran for example) but is much more comfortable than a normal speedboat. It has a nice area upfront to sunbathe and relax, space in the back to chill/eat/drink out the sun, and is the perfect size for 2-4 people. Super service - van to/from hotel, walk 20m to boat etc, < 1 hour to phi phi, move the boat whenever you want to go somewhere new, captain can organise scuba for you if needed, stop for lunch wherever, complimentary drinks/fruit etc. Was a bit worried beforehand because there are so many average-looking charters in Phuket but this was a perfect boat, perfect company, perfect captain and perfect day!

  I must admit that prior to booking the trip I was quite worried about our reservation. There weren't a ton of reviews on the company but their website looked great! So I wanted to make sure I posted something recent and detailed so other travelers can be assured of the GREAT experience we had! Before we even started, communication via email was great and quick which was a strong start! Phuket Private Boats exceeded every expectation we had AND the trip was dreamlike! It started with a large van picking the 4 of us up from our Rawai Hotel and driving us up about 45 minutes north along the bay. Our driver was punctual and very nice. We were then dropped off at the Marina where we met Kat, our tour guide. Kat was funny and very knowledgeable about the islands. Within minutes of an introduction we were on our private speedboat meeting our captain and assistant, William. The boat was clean and they had everything we needed from snacks to drinks that were on ice in a cooler. They had life jackets and snorkeling equipment! I would HIGHLY recommend a private boat if you have 4 or more people OR if you have the funds to do it. I PROMISE it will be a far better experience than sharing with a ton of strangers. We were shown everything we wanted to and because it was a private tour, weren't subjected to any time constraints. We got to see Maya Bay, Monkey bay, swim in the cove, go snorkeling in a coral reef, had lunch and shopped at Phi Phi, and then finally end our trip on the quiet private island. Kat was amazing! She was funny and educated us. She knew when to stay and chat and she knew when to give us some space to take in everything we were seeing. The captain even cut up some fruit for us and beautifully plated it during our last stop! William was great too! He was so swift and made sure we could board safely and get off safely every time we had a stop. When we snorkeled, William went with us and was very kind to point out some magical stuff happening under the sea that I would not have noticed on my own... like the adorable clown fish hiding. Phuket Private Boats made our dreams come true with their great service, awesome crew, and amazing boat. We got to really experience and take in the beautiful views of Phi Phi Islands and do it right! 6 out of 5 stars! I would highly recommend!
