Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai)
Island’s iconic landmark which called "Koh Faan" is located of the golden Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai). You will see Lord Buddha Statue is stting 15-meter tall on the north coast of the island. Here, there are a lot of clothes' shops for your shopping that are recommended by travelers around Big Buddha Temple.

3.00But the driver doesn't do his job anymore. We were dropped off at the desired points, got 2-3 sentences explanation of which way to go and that was it. He was friendly, the car was well maintained and clean and at the end he showed us one more point he suggested to us, but very quickly urged us to leave again to drop us off on time. You can't complain about anything, but you can't mention anything particularly positive.
This was an interesting tour.

5.00This tour was well managed by the driver 'Air' (apologies if his name is spelt incorrectly). He provided some useful insights and his English was good enough to provide some important and interesting insights. The entire day worked well, from the pickup at the ferry in Na Thon through to the final drop off at our hotel. I would particularly like to thank the driver and the coordinating staff who did a good job of ensuring that this interesting day tour went off without a hitch.

4.00We booked the 8 h tour. Enough time to look at everything in peace. There was also time for a good lunch. Unfortunately our very nice driver didn't speak English, so ES showed us everything from the 4 hour tour, my question what else is there to see, that he could show us, unfortunately he didn't understand. He stopped at a market where we could still buy fruit, nevertheless he and almost 90 min. returned earlier to the hotel. I think we could have seen more. But nevertheless ES was pleasantly free to see the sights of the island.
