What To Expect
Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai)
Island’s iconic landmark which called "Koh Faan" is located of the golden Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai). You will see Lord Buddha Statue is stting 15-meter tall on the north coast of the island. Here, there are a lot of clothes' shops for your shopping that are recommended by travelers around Big Buddha Temple.

Day excursion in Ko Samui

4.00Had a day in Ko Samui coming off a cruise ship. Eddie was our driver and met us at the pier on time. He was a great driver and his vehicle was clean. We managed to see all the highlights of the island in one day including the Buddha, temple, waterfalls. Our favorite stop was at Silver Beach where we enjoyed our lunch, the sandy beach and the water. It was an incredible day and highly recommend

5.00Wat was the driver we needed for our sightseeing day in Samui. He was a very careful driver and he speaks good English. We didn’t need a tour guide per say, just one to take us to the different places. We covered a lot in 8 hours and even had a very relaxing seafood lunch in Lamai Beach. Thanks to WAT!

5.00Booked this beautiful tour for family of six from a Norwegian Cruise and so glad we did. The private tour allowed us to see twice what cruise excursions did with more allotted time plus an elephant adventure for over an hour. Yes it took some planning and direction, but we took in the island in its totality in what short time we were afforded by the cruise line. If not priority ticket holders get your early tender ticket number to accomplish what’s needed.

5.00Not sure how to spell Lowe but a great driver who catered for our needs. Took us to locations that were special and where big buses could not go. The highlight was lunch at a restaurant that overlooked most of the island. Spectacular view.

5.00Kho Samui is indeed a beautiful place in Thailand. Beautiful mountains & coastline. Our tour guide is knowledgeable and showed us the interesting place though we have very limited time sinc our arrival got delayed because of the tendering process in the ship

5.00I tendered in from our ship, which put me a few minutes late to the meeting point. Loon (my guide) was patiently waiting. We discussed where we would go and what we would see and the timing for the day and then were off to see the island. Really enjoyed each stop and appreciated the information given about each location. Loon was good about answering my questions and further explaining things I asked about.

4.00The title of this tour made me think we would have a tour guide with a driver. Not so. Just a driver. After chatting with the tour company on the driver’s phone we weren’t able to get a guide. We proceeded with just the driver. He did his best to make the day enjoyable. We saw the important spots and had a great lunch. All worked out well in the end. Well done to him for all his effort!

4.00At first we were concerned that this tour did not include a tour guide, but Leam met our expectations. He took us to many places which we wanted to see and to some that we would have never experienced that were absolutely stunning. He ended up being our personal private photographer taking so many great photos for us. Language barrier was somewhat of a challenge but we made it work.
