Great highlights of the key D-Day sites. We especially enjoyed the Airborne Museum. Pierre was a great guide and extremely knowledgeable about all the events surrounding the Battle of Normandy.

We had a full day tour of Normandy and our tour guide Juliet was outstanding. Having spent several excursions on this trip with various guides, her knowledge and allocation of time was superior.

This was simply a marvelous and emotional experience for us. Our guide, Marie, made this exactly what we were looking for. Visiting the sights of D-Day had been a dream for me for many years, and she made it all come alive in an extremely lively and respectful way that we could never have experienced on our own or in a larger group. She picked us up at our hotel right on time and started by providing the WWII history that preceded D-Day. Then, throughout the day, she peppered us with questions that got us thinking, then providing the answers and details about everything from the battles of the hedgerows to the manufacturing problems with the amphibious vehicles used in the invasion. Her knowledge was extremely deep, and her flexibility was helpful due to my husband's disability. Visiting the American cemetary was one of the most emotional experiences we have had in many, many years. This was simply the best excursion we've ever taken.

We were picked up from our VRBO on time by Pierre-Alexandre in a clean & comfortable private van. Our guide was kind, professional & EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the area & the history of WWII. The amount of detail he was able to provide us was SO impressive! His vast knowledge of information & details from both sides of the war is unmatched. In addition, he has large vintage photographs, maps & charts to make all the details come to life. Since we had a private tour we were able to see so much more of the Normandy region than most tours. While driving from one location to the next, Pierre provided us with details of our next location to give us an overview of what we would be experiencing. Once @ our location, he set the scene & completely engrossed us with his vast knowledge. I have been dreaming of coming to Normandy for years & this tour/guide was exactly what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend this tour but Pierre literally made it THE BEST part of our France trip! Thank you Pierre. 🫡

Mathieu was a wonderful guide, giving full context for what we were seeing and answering all our questions. He was fun to be with, provided an exceptional experience, and certainly knew his subject. 12/10 highly recommend.
