  Ko was fantastic!!! He took us to soooo many awesome sites. He stayed with us and brought each one to life. He showed us the sea urchins and anemones at the beach. Took lots of great pictures for us. He even worked a visit to Hello Kitty World in for my granddaughter, which she loved. I 100% highly recommend booking this tour if you visit Jeju Island.

  Kim met us at the Port right on time and communication before we met was excellent. When it became obvious that English wasn't Kim's strong suit, we were a little concerned. But through translate apps, he was able to understand and answer our questions, and impart lots of good information about Jeju Island and the sights we were going to see. Kim was a photographer extraordinare to boot! No need to juggle phones, Kim took all photos of our group of 6 with his own phone and forwarded them all to us before the end of our day together. He took 200 photos of us, posing us and snapping away! Kim made our day so much fun!!! The tour itself was listed as an 11 hour tour, but with the time constraints set forth by the ship, we were able to negotiate a 7 hour tour instead, choosing the sights we most wanted to see. Kim was very aware of the time so we could fit in as much as possible without rushing us. It was a wonderful day!

  This tour was unforgettable. To start, the info all says simple English. This is true. You will be using your translation app a lot. That being said, it doesn’t detract from the experience at all. Our guide had the entire tour info loaded into his translation app and he plays it throughout the day. Our guide also took around 200 pics for us and sent them all through WhatsApp. It was a full day, 13 hours!! The highlight was definitely the women divers. But the sunset on the beach was a very close second. Very great tour and a great day!

  It was an amazing Jeju tour with Mr. Ko. He was not only a great guide but a skilled photographer and took many photos and filmed nice videos. He shared interesting facts about Jeju people, culture and nature, arranged a delicious lunch to taste local cuisine and managed to cover all main sights in one day. I should admit his good health because he walked with me everywhere- 12 km in total in a day. I appreciate this tour. Thank you, Mr. Ko ❤️

  Mr. Kim was a fantastic guide we highly recommend! He was very helpful and attentive to our family of 4 adults. He not only took us to all of the sites we wanted to see at just the right time (ie: gorgeous sunset), but also took many pictures of us along the way, assisted with pushing my 98 year old mom in her wheelchair and sat with her when there were too many stairs so we could still see the site, made a couple of extra stops to help us try to find a replacement power converter for the one we left behind at our previous hotel, stopped so we could grab dinner-to-go for our late night flight, and still got us back to the airport in time. He does his best to try to communicate in English or uses a translator app as needed. He also plays detailed information via his phone for info about each site. We highly recommend Mr Kim’s 5-star service!
