What To Expect
Bethlehem
Meet your private guide-driver at Bethlehem 300 Checkpoint and depart to the Old City of Bethlehem. Walk the narrow streets of the old city and enjoy the old architects of the buildings from the Ottoman period. Stop by Bethlehem Icon Center, which used to be a local house and today it’s a center teaching Byzantine Iconography. Walk the Star Street— the way that Joseph and Mary took when they came to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus. Walk onward through the old city and stop the main old entrance of the city then to Hosh Al Syrian quarter, see the building from inside and stop for a cup of tea or Arabic coffee. Visit an old Olive Press museum and learn about olive harvest and olive oil production, the building which houses the museum dates back as far as the 19th century. It houses many ethnographic and archaeological artifacts featuring the entire process of oil production. Furthermore, the exhibit also shows the many uses for oil such as lamps, medicine, food, soap, and even cosmetics.

5.00This is the second time that I’ve visited Palestine. Michael was my tour guide back in 2018. I loved it so much that I went back in December 2019 and spent 2 weeks in Bethlehem and a few days to travel around the country. This time, Michael customised a 3 day private guided tour package for me based on my interest and needs. We went to Jerusalem, Jericho and all the way up north to Nablus. Amazing is an understatement for these tours with breathtaking views and fascinating history that I had. Not only does Michael have extensive knowledges about the history and the area, he is also able to provide an objective view of the current conflict with positive attitude which I truly admire. On top of that, he went beyond and helped me to arrange accommodation etc. as well. I have been to many places and been on numerous tours in the past, there is no one near as good as Michael. The two weeks that I spent in Bethlehem is the best holiday that I have ever had. I have been planning on my next visit already. Tips: To ensure the tourist to learn and to make the most of the tour, Michael would conduct random tests through the tour LOL
