5.00Cruise ship was only in port for one day, so this was an excellent choice to maximize our time on the island. Excellent driver and vehicle with A/C for a private 2-person tour and convenient pick-up / drop off at the cruise terminal. We saw all the highlights and made the same stops as the cruise excursion bus, but at a cheaper price with a flexible itinerary.

4.00The tour went very well. Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we were ahead of the other tourists in the best spots for picture taking. The beach he brought us was beautiful and crowded but a little farther from the port. The beach food he recommended was great.

1.00On arrival, we WhatsApp messaged the guide to say we were there and to ask where we would find him. He responded that he had minivan problems that morning and had contacted Viatour. Although he had arranged for the payment to be refunded, we were without the tour we had arranged. We had to quickly find a taxi for the 6 people and guide ourselves.

1.00Very disappointed. This was the beginning of my trip and the vendor confirmed and my ticket said that 5 people would be accommodate for the excursion. Had limited communication on the trip, via internet on the cruise ship and although I confirmed the trip the day before. When I arrived at the port the next day, I found out that the vendor cancelled my trip because they now said that they could not accommodate 5 people and said that they emailed me the night before. I was not even given 24 hours notifications, as would have been expected of me to cancel a trip. Me and my friends had to figure out what to do for the day and had to pay so much more for the excursion of the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I should be compensated for the major inconvenience. I went with Viator to ensure that I would not have such experience with a tour companies in other countries.
Company not very responsible!

5.00Me and my girlfriend went on a day tour (8 hours) with Randolph. It was absolutely fantastic! He is a nice and friendly person and took us to around 5 beautiful beaches and some observation points. Totally worth the money!
Day trip with Randolph is a must when you visit Seychelles, just enjoy the day and have a unique experience
