  Gjirokastra is absolutely beautiful and a must-see on your Albanian itinerary. Xhulio was my guide and he was a pleasure to deal with, as was Andi with booking the tour. The views on top of the fortress are insane, and the old bazaar is just magical!

  I took this wonderful 1-day trip on 10/10/2023， we got to see see this hilltop Gjirokastër fortress overlooking the Gjirokastër city. There are families still live inside the castle, we had a fabulous lunch. We had so much fun at Blue Eye which is a cold water spring and natural phenomenon occurring in tye village if Munzine, southern Albania. It’s a long day trip but it is worth it. Our tour guide Joseph was friendly, I had a great time, thank you Joseph and his boss Andi. This is a must destination when you go to Albania. Katherine

  I spent one of the best trips of my life. the view was very beautiful of the whole Albanian riviera and the boy on the tour, Josef, had very good knowledge of the history and geography of the country. He suggested us restaurants with very rich food and with a view of the sea. do not forget that he spoke in Spanish and all the tur was made in the Spanish language.   It was our second tour with Go as local and Julio and it was great. We really enjoyed Gjirokaster and visiting the Skenduli house and hearing the stories from them first hand was a true gem.

  I had such an amazing time in Gjirokastra. Pick up was from Tirana and we covered Bazaar, Castle then had lunch. In noon, we went to see the old Skenduli House (it was gorgeous). Go as local were flexible to customize the package as I wanted to see Blue eye which we did on our way back to Tiarna. Skerdi was very knowledgeable and a thorough gentleman. I found them very trustworthy as traveling solo as a female, safety and comfort matters a lot. Thank you for wonderful experience! I will definitely recommend to other travelers.

  We just had an excellent trip to Gjirokaster from Tirana. Even though the city was little bit empty, because of the situation we still enjoyed at the maximum. Andi and Skerdi were both very knowledgeable about the city and the history. The selection of food was also the best!
