Arusha National Park is also a perfect place for a walking safari. Getting close and personal to wildlife is truly thrilling and an amazing experience. At the end, you will also reach a beautiful waterfall descending from Mount Meru.

Arusha National Park

You will do a game drive through Arusha National Park, as well as a walking safari, where you will reach a beautiful waterfall at the end. You will be able to see giraffes, zebras, buffalos, baboons (the one and only white baboon if you're lucky), impalas etc.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful one-day safari to Arusha National Park with Msafiri Tanzania. My guide Aidamo was very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to see as much as possible on a short timeline. The company was also very flexible with scheduling and ensured I made it back to my hotel in time for a briefing for my Kilimanjaro hiking trip that evening. I would highly recommend Msafiri Tanzania.

We had a great day and would highly recommend this trip to anyone! While seeing all of these magnificent creatures was something we all had wanted, none of us wanted to sit in a car for several days on end. This trip was the perfect balance of driving around, while also getting out and exploring on foot. On the walking part of the safari (which took about 2 hours) the highlight was definitly getting really close to a heard of girafs . It was amazing ! And once again our guides were amazing and very knowledgable!
