Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple
The Sri Siva Subramaniya Hindu Temple is a magnificent monument in Nadi city. Set on the edge of the Nadi River, the temple is the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. Admire the towering temple’s ornate carvings, depictions of Hindu gods and traditional Dravidian styling.

Such a fun and well-organised tour! Our guide was super friendly and shared lots of great local stories. I loved visiting the colourful temple, the lively market, and the beautiful garden. Everything ran smoothly, we never felt rushed, and the car was comfortable. A great mix of culture, nature, and relaxation — highly recommend!

Fiji Golf Tours and Transfers was a first class tour company. Rakesh and his family treated us like family. Picked us up at our cruise ship and provided a fun and educational experience. Very trustworthy!

Rakesh was an excellent guide! He loves Fiji and gave us lots of information while driving around. Our 1st tour was late, so we only got a few stops in but the temple is beautiful and the mud pool/hot pools was fun!

Rakesh was a lovely tour guide who picked us up on time, and toured us to the must-see locations around Nadi, and dropped us off at our hotel afterwards. We really enjoyed learning about the Garden of the Sleeping Giant and the Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple. We're very grateful for the experience, and would recommend his tour to anyone. Thanks Rakesh for the awesome tour, Martin and Michelle.

Great day that was very relaxing and enjoyable for us older folk. Guide was fantastic with lots of information and the car was immaculate with nice cool aircon. We were picked up from our hotel and began our tour to the largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere with plenty of commentary to inform us on all you need to know. We were taken to a lovely place in the mountains and had a guide take us around and explained the different plants, given a cool refreshing drink to finish in a beautiful Hut that had plenty of fans to cool you down. Next we went to the mud pools where the locals greeted us and gave us a small talk on the thermal pools and the mud to apply yourself. A massage was offered for a small fee. Last we went to the markets where we could buy souvenirs from the local ladies , buy fruit and vegetables and more importantly buy your kava. We then headed back to our hotel where we finished off. All in all was a great half day experience that can be booked at a suitable time of your choice.

We had a lovely day of adventure with our guide Rakesh. We had arrived in Fiji from the US the prior day so we elected a later start time. Since this was a private tour, this was possible. Rakesh picked us up at our hotel precisely at our chosen time. He drove a very clean & comfortable sedan. We chose to not go to the orchid gardens since it was an extremely hot day. We visited the Hindu temple and were amazed at the beautiful hand painted art. Next, we stopped at Jack’s which had souvenirs of all kinds, including gorgeous pearls. Then we stopped at the local fruit and vegetable market. We saw local fruits and vegetables of all kinds including taro and kava. Lastly, we left Nadi to see the Sleeping Giant and go to the mud baths and thermal pools. My husband was not convinced about doing the mud bath, but was a good sport about it. Mary guided us through the mud application, drying, and washing. She took lots of pictures of us throughout the process. The thermal pools were varying temperatures and we got a final rinse with a hose. I thought it was a great experience. In the process of getting changed back into street clothes, I had decided to switch to sandals. I forgot and left my tennis shoes at the changing area at the mud baths. I didn’t discover that they were missing until evening. My husband contacted Rakesh to see if we could retrieve them the following day. Rakesh contacted the mud baths & they had kept my shoes. Rakesh drove out and picked up my shoes and brought them to our hotel! We highly recommend Rakesh and his tour company for their above and beyond personal service!

This experience was unbelievable. This family run business made us feel welcome and if we asked, we felt we would be taken home for dinner. Very friendly and informative. Learned a great deal of the history and culture. They took care of everything for us, including buying us some pineapple from farmer's market. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in enjoying and learning about Figi.

The worst tour I have ever been on! I payed $180 US dollars for one person and what a complete waste of money. Please Read!!! I do not want you to waste your money on this tour. I have been on hundreds and hundreds of tours throughout the world and hands down this is the worst tour. I was picked up by a kid that is not even a tour guide. I paid for 2 1/2 hours to have a driver and not a tour. The driver didn’t even talk to me or explain anything about the city like normal tours. Each of the four stops I was dropped off and told to go on my own. What a joke! Please go somewhere else for this tour as there are a gazillion other tours like this at a fraction of the cost and hopefully your tour guide will talk to you. Horrible. This tour operator should be ashamed of himself for taking my money and not giving me a proper tour of the city.
