5.00Yesterday I attended the information meeting with my destination representative, Geraldo, and it was a very pleasant experience. Geraldo was extremely kind, friendly, and professional at all times. I truly enjoyed the meeting, we had a great time and shared many laughs during our conversation. In the end, we booked an excursion to visit the island of , and everything has been wonderful during my vacation so far. My stay at Senator Puerto Plata has been excellent, and this experience made the trip even more special.

5.00Our rep, Domingo, made everything about our stay enjoyable. Not only did he ensure we arrived to and from the resort safely and comfortably, but he also gave us the lay of the land upon arrival. He was also just a call or text away for any big or little questions I had during our stay. He even got us through our check-in process at the airport super fast! Having Domingo around gave us peace of mind during our trip, which really allowed us to fully relax and enjoy. Thank you Domingo!
